Pros: Exceptional location in the city of Burgas. Easy access to the apartment. Highly recommended for couples.

Pros: The two rooms were separated, which was very good for us. Rooms very clean. Shared kitchen no problem. Coffeemaker & Teamaker were functioning well. Coffee was provided. The AC (which exists in one room only) was working very well. Communication with landlady top.

Cons: The apartment is located in half-basement/souterrain, no natural light available. WiFi was top in one room and unstable in the other room. AC only in one room (but no problem because of souterrain). No cooking possibility in the shared kitchen.

Pros: The location was perfect, in the heart of the old city and the main commercial area, not far from the sea. Many stores and restaurants nearby. Beautiful old house with modern ammenities, very neat and clean, good furniture, comfy beds. Quite quiet for a place in lively spot. Very easy check in and out system. Would recommend.

Pros: The best location, the property was comfortable, clean and spacious and it wasn't loud although it's right next to the main street. Overall we liked it, it's great if you book it for a few days and don't plan to spend so much time in the apartment.

Cons: The property is not even exactly on the ground floor, but on level -1. It wasn't a problem for us but we just didn't know it upfront. The sofa should be changed with a new one. Nothing actually bothered us except the strong sewer smell which was awful, I think the property is a bit too humid. Also, keep in mind that the kitchen is shared - not a bad thing but I think you can miss this info in the listing.

A nice place in perfect location

Pros: The location is perfect. This accommodation would be perfect for a group of friends, a large family or two couples as there's a small kitchen between the two units that is shared.

Cons: It wasn't very clean, there were still dirty socks lying behind furniture when we arrived. The bathroom is z bit uncomfortable with a shower with floor drain making the whole bathroom wet every time. The pictures of the room were misleading, it looked like the small kitchen unit with a coffee maker and a toaster was part of the apartment. It mentioned that there was a shared kitchen, I thought it meant a proper kitchen with cooking facilities.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo czysto, świetne miejsce na pobyt dla pary na wakacje, kuchnia wspólna wyposażone w ekspres. Wszystko co potrzebne jest na miejscu. Bardzo polecam.
