Luxury Penthouse Apartments at Valencia Gardens

Fantastic view over the say in a luxurious apartament

Pros: The apartament is fantastic. The view over the sea is amazing, you can fall asleep hearing the waves. The kitchen is well equiped, there is AC in every room and hot water tank in every bathroom. It is in 5 minutes to the beach and 15 to the old town. The walk to the old town is pleasent. There is a paid parking space close by with reasonable prices. 5 stars stay.

Pros: Everything was just perfect 👌 Thank you. We would definitely book again.

Cons: Unable to call the host directly when needed, however they replied to my message relatively quickly.

Relaxing , peaceful , fabulous

Pros: Been to the apartment before, very spacious, clean, not the cheapest in nessebar bit worth the little extra. Pool good, but needs more beds around it as can get occupied quite early (not the apartments fault, more to do with the apartment management) Very close to the beach , short stroll away, quiet location , wifi excellent, internet ready tv so can watch your won Netflix / prime etc. Air con excellent, and the views from the penthouse apartment is to die for.

Cons: Complimentary tea / coffee / milk /water would be very welcomed. Bedding different from home , sufficient for stay but if upgraded would be an even better vacation.

Lovely place

Pros: Perfect location - close to south beach, close to park and restaurants! Very clean, calm. It is almost new and we liked it very much.

Cons: Those seagulls make the balcony very dirty and noisy, so much of them - we couldn't enjoy the nice balcony we had on the last floor.

Pros: Very good apartment, perfect location - Just few minutes walking distance from the beach and from the old town. The pool is wonderful.

Pros: Great location, very quiet and a short stroll from Nesebar Old Town and many high quality restaurants. Excellent pool facilities with free cabanas, pool was not crowded and plenty of space. Building is immaculate and secure.

Cons: The title reads “Penthouse apartment with sea view” - This is a small studio on the top floor and faces the opposite direction from the pool and sea view suggested in the photos, overlooking neighbouring rooftops. The ‘free parking included’ was not available as suggested. Despite this, we had a fantastic stay here. We made minimal use of the apartment, enjoyed the pool and loved the location. Very good value for money, but just be aware none of the images used in the listing are from the apartment booked

Fantastic stay , thoroughly recommend

Pros: Beautiful apartment. clean.spacious. kitchen good. air con fabulous. pool very good, was getting busy and bed reserving was becoming more of an issue as the week went on. tvs in every room, front room tv was massive. 2 minute walk to beach. 10 minute walk to Nessebar. we know the area quite well and this was ideal for our stay. Thoroughly recommend, we will go back.

Cons: wifi code did not work. no access to safe that was in the apartment. no key to locked gate for easy access to beach. none of these hindered our stay but would have been icing on the cake.

Demanding, modern apartment.

Pros: The pool and garden are very nice. The view is beautiful. The large, well-equipped rooms open from a corridor and are separated. The owner was helpful when we had a problem with the wifi and traffic through the garden gate. Everything is resolved.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The apartment is stunning, fully equiped with all the facilities and with an amazing balcony overlooking the sea and park just in front. On-site access to a pool. Very quiet and within a few minutes walking-distance to the beach. We can't wait to come back!

Pros: Beautiful apartment right next to the beach with everything you might need. Very modern and luxurious. We reached out to the property upon checking in with an issue and they were able to make everything right.

Cons: No parking on site
