Pros: TOP OF THE TOP! TOP location- 2min from the beach and 5min from the old town of Nesebar, close to shops, pharmacy and supermarket. Paid parking close by. TOP facilities- great size pool, café shop, good size room with kitchenette with everything you need for your stay TOP service- extremely friendly staff that made everything for us to make our stay memorable The whole complex was extremely clean and very well managed! Pros: The apartment was light and airy and exceptionally clean. Our host was very communicative and available for any questions we needed to ask. Loved the pool and lots of restaurants nearby.

Pros: Very beautiful location! 2 minutes' walk from the beach, 5-10 minutes from the old/historical center of the city. A small public garden in front of the resort. The inner garden is beautiful, neat and clean.

Pros: Everything was OK! Clean room, looks like it's brand new. Parking available on the property. Very close to the beach like 5' and to the old town of Nessebar about 15' walking. Grigor the administrator was very helpful and kind, very nice person.

Pros: Studios petits mais confortables et bien équipés (notamment machine à laver le linge, rare en Bulgarie) Emplacement parfaite à deux pas du vieux Nesebar et de la plage et du parking municipal Excellente communication avec le propriétaire

Cons: Piscine un peu petite, manque de transat surtout que le sport national des résidents est de réserver les transats ou d'envoyer leurs enfants de 6 ans le faire dès 8h du matin Résidents très malpolis et sales à la piscine
