Pros: Top location, excellent apartment, very clean and cosy. The staff was very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this place!

Cons: It was stated as double bed room but in fact It was two single beds next to each other…other than that was really nice

Perfect apartments close to the beach

Cons: Everything was just perfect!

Pros: The location was perfect, just 5 mins walk from the North beach.Very close to supermarket and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean. The lady which welcomed us was very friendly.

Pros: Everything was clean, bed was super comfortable and we loved the patio outside

Cons: Unfortunately toilet was leaking the whole time, so we had to mop it up often

Good location extremely clean

Pros: Great precise instructions to find the place, found it in the dark fine. Lovely apartment block new and clean. The studio was so clean, perhaps the cleanest accommodation I’ve staying in travelling over 40 countries. It smelled fresh too, the bedding was crisp and well laundered as were the towels. The water pressure was great It’s was 23:00 and I had a lovely hot shower. Has fridge,kettle plates cups and cutlery to get you by too.

Cons: The only thing which I think could make it better is somewhere to place toiletries in the bathroom like a shelf.

Pros: The staff was wonderful! Very positive experience checking in.

Cons: Parking is a bit tricky, finding a place. I would have liked a chair indoors, a bit small . Nice table and chairs on the balcony but way too cold to go outside.

Perfect for our needs

Pros: The host was graceful enough to give us a bigger appartment that was available. The place was clean, the bed comfortable, enough towels and pillows and the location in the city very good for our needs. It was very nice of them to allow us to checkin an hour earlier than the checkin hour. We had a kettle, an electrical stove, some pots and pans, which we used a little bit.. There was free city parking all around the building and we always found a spot, it was very convenient. Also, the place had a big balcony, which was lovely.

Cons: We had a difficult time figuring out the water boiler, because the switch was outside the bathroom, even though the boiler was inside, but we eventually found it. Also, it would have been good to have some shower gel in the shower and maybe some salt and pepper in the kitchen. A couple extra blankets for just in case would have been nice, but nothing we couldn't do without.

Pros: Wir waren schon im Vorjahr hier. Ruhige Lage (Zi. 3) zum Innenhof, sauber und nur 300 m zum Strand.

Relaks i spokój blisko morza i centrum miasta

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum, plaży, parku, sklepów i restauracji. Miejsce dobrze skomunikowane. Blisko do komunikacji miejskiej (m.in. przystanek lini nr 15 na lotnisko), Południowego dworca autobusowego (autobusy do Sozopolu, Nessebaru, Pomorie i innych ciekawych miejsc), portu skąd można popłynąć na pobliską wyspę Św. Anastazji. Spokojna i bezpieczna okolica, w samym budynku ciche i kulturalne sąsiedztwo. Czysto w budynku jak i w mieszkaniu. Podczas 10 dni pobytu pokój był parokrotnie sprzątany, regularnie wymieniano pościel i ręczniki. Jeżeli ktoś przyjedzie samochodem elektrycznym, przed budynkiem jest do dyspozycji parking z dwoma ładowarkami, to wciąż nieczęste udogodnienie.

Cons: Wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego mogłoby być lepsze. I nie chodzi o regularne gotowanie tylko np. o przygotowanie śniadania - przydałaby się deska do krojenia, więcej noży, kieliszki do jajek, korkociąg do wina itp drobiazgi. Przydałby się też w pokoju jakiś niewielki zwykły stół, jest tylko niewygodna ława.
