Pros: Very good location: 5 min walk from the north beach of Burgas and 15 min walk from the city center. Flat fully equipped with all the essentials for a family with kids. The host was very helpful and responsive making our stay even better. Very good value for money.

Cons: On-street parking is quite difficult to find and is chargeable by the municipality of Burgas: green zone 11:00-20:00 every day of the week (18 leva/day payable at a nearby ticket machine).

Pros: The property is ideally located near both the park and the sea. The park offers plenty of attractions for children and provides a shaded retreat on hot days. The surrounding area is lively, with numerous shops, restaurants, and other attractions within walking distance. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, including air conditioning and an extra table that's perfect for working on a laptop. I must also highlight the wonderful host. She welcomed us personally, even though we arrived several hours late due to a flat tire, and provided all the necessary information. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

Pros: Location very close to the beach and all essential amenities. Far enough from the busy party district but close enough to still enjoy the vibe of the city

Pros: Czyste i przestronne mieszkanie. Bardzo miła i kontaktowa właścicielka. Super lokalizacja do plaży 5 min przez park. Tak samo blisko do sklepów i restauracji. Wifi śmiga jak złoto i w tv było dużo kanałów i dla dzieci i sportowe więc olimpiadę można było spoko oglądać.

Pros: Всичко! Изключително добра домакиня! Човечна. Отзивчива. Няма нещо, за което да съм я попитал и да не ми е отговорила! Даде ми даже още един чифт ключове с чип от входа на блока! Всичко беше чисто. Имаше абсолючно всичко, за да се почувстваш, като у дома си. Климатици във всички стаи! Локацията е повече от перфектна. Близо до парка, близо до всякакви магаьини, прохладно (апартамента има излаз и от двете страни на сгарадата. Реално ако си отворите прозорците, климатик не ви трябва) Бих отишал пак там!

Cons: Единия климатик имаше проблем... но тва не ме касаеше, защото течението оправяше всичко, а и аз съм там заради морето, тишината и спокойствието. Не за да стоя в апартамента :) Трябва да знаете само, че целият Бургас е ЗОНА за паркиране! ... предвидете разходи за паркиране ;) 7 часа по левче на ден :) Аз успях да се скрия м/у блоковете ... упех желая.
