Pros: I recently booked a stay at the Hotel Chance in Sarafovo, Burgas, for my mom, and I have to say it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, making everything feel well-organized and comfortable from start to finish. The place was spotlessly clean and had a really lovely atmosphere that made my mom feel right at home. Honestly, it’s one of those little gems where you can tell the people running it really care about their guests. If you’re ever in the area, I’d definitely recommend Hotel Chance for a warm and delightful stay!

Pros: Nice hotel in the middle of Sarafovo. Very clean, all white, and seemed like everything is fresh new. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and airport as well.

Cons: Our twin room was small. Otherwise, we had everything we needed.

Perfect place for my needs

Pros: Needed a room for a sleep over as landed late in Burgas, and wanting to rest up before onward travel. Owners were amazing, I was late in, but they were very helpful. Room was super clean, and fresh. Perfect for my needs. Very comfortable bed, and only short distance from the airport. Speaking little Bulgarian was not an issue, as they spoke English. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Although refreshments are not included, The hosts went out and got me a morning coffee and some fruit. Would use again. Highly recommended!!

Pros: Останавливались здесь на одну ночь, в принципе все понравилось. Чисто. Приятный персонал.

Cons: Есть специфический запах в номере. Не очень удобный душ

Pros: Както при букването на всеки хотел отидохме без големи очаквания... Но мястото е прекрасно, много красиво е направено всичко, стаите са хубави, уютни и чисти, има климатик и простор на терасата, нищо не ни липсваше. Персонала е добър, мил и отзивчив успяхме да се настаним по-рано има и паркинг.

Cons: Няма нещо, което да не ни хареса по-скоро лично предпочитание за всеки човек възглавниците бяха прекалено обемисти за нас но като изключим това всичко друго беше много на ниво.

Pros: Чист и просторен апартамент. Отзивчив персонал. Много добра локация

Pros: נשארו ללילה קרוב לשדה. קיבלו אותנו ביחס חם ועם חיוך רחב. מקום נקי מאוד, חדרים נקיים ונראה חדש. מיקום מעולה, ממש על מדרחוב עם חנויות ואוכל בקרבה לים. מומלץ ביותר למי שצריך לילה או 2 קרוב לשדה.

Cons: הכריות שינה היו לנו קצת קשות.

Pros: море прекрасное, хорошее обслуживание администрации, всё новое, чистое в номере. Очень понравилось!!!

Pros: מלון ממש טוב לשהיה של לילה, מרחק הליכה קצר משדה התעופה. נקי ונעים. הצוות מסביר פנים.
