Villa Aqua Family Hotel

Pros: Great location. Very quiet. Walking distance to shops and supermarket and bus stop. With light backpack you can even walk to airport. About 25 minutes walk. Super clean. Room service daily. Beautiful garden. BBQ area for use and tables and chairs where you can eat. Family run, everyone is involved and helpful. Can get good coffee in the mornings.

Lovely hotel, walkable to Burgas airport

Pros: Spotlessly maintained family run hotel, 10 mins from beach. They kindly let us check-in early as we were straight off the overnight bus from Bucharest.

Cons: As other reviewers have said, the bathroom is a wet room. Other places we've stayed have provided (and mandated the use of) a squeegee on a pole so the surface water can be swept into the floor drain after a shower. There was no such thing here, so I asked for one and showed staff the puddle in the shower. I was concerned about getting the carpet in the bedroom wet, and also about paddling in the bathroom all day. I was also concerned about slipping on the wet tiles. Staff told me not to worry about it, that her grandmother would clean it after we had gone. Still uncomfortable with the situation, I decided to sacrifice a t-shirt which we used throughout our stay to dry the floor after each shower. Absolutely amazing place

Pros: It’s a lovely hotel, we had the best experience ever, we traveled with kids and staff made it so easy for us, had all necessary tools for making food, even offered and went to get baby food for us, they were super friendly and caring people, we celebrated birthday morning there and they got little present from their team as well, that’s just amazing! On the day we were coming we asked it be possible to check in few ours earlier and they were super kind to make it happen. Hotel looks exactly as in the pictures. Locations is really good not too far from airport, beach, shops. Rooms are specious, well equipped and very clean. The whole area is actually looked after and clean. We felt like at home. We recommend this hotel very much and we hope to come back one day ourselves. Best of luck to this place. Thank you very much

Pros: It was a really nice stay in Burgas. The hotel is really beautiful and clean, we totally reccommend it. Hotel's team are amazing people, really kind and always ready to help and answer all questions. We really appreciate cleaning lady, who was really cheerful and kind, our room was always clean. The girls at the bar were also very kind to us! The pool and garden were amazing! Near the hotel is big amount of shops and restaurants. Bus station is 3 minutes by foot, the beach is about 10. We will miss this place and Lori 😉❤️ Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Pros: The apartments were very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. Great location, close to the beach and the main street of the city. I definitely recommend it!

Simply perfect.

Pros: Everything was more than perfect, but the staff exceeded our expectations.

It was a good choice for the 10 of us, we don't regret going there and would recommend it to others.

Pros: The place was modern, they have pool, minibar and more possibility to have gathering opportunity to larger groups (we could easily talk and play board game outside with the hotel equipments). The staff was extra friendly, supportive, they did a lot more than just welcoming and doing their regular chores - the friendliest ones in Bulgaria during our stay. They have AC in every room. It is close to the airport (within walking distance), there is a Billa nearby, the beach and some good restaurant/breakfast possibilities as well. We had busstops nearby to go to Burgas downtown or Nessebar/Pomorie etc.

Cons: More bathrooms were so small (not like it the picture) that the shower head was really close to the toilet and without glass seperation, so we spread water to toilet and the entire place. It was not convenient to enter the bathroom after showering. There is a dog in the property who is barking a lot, disturbing sometimes our sleep. The Wifi was not so strong in the property.
