Great value for money, could use some improvements in the bedding department.
Pros: Great and kind hosts, nice value for money and in the calmer part of Nesebar. Excellent for an overnight stay, super clean.
Cons: A little small, the bed is not super comfortable (its a couch).

Great value for money and friendly hosts
Pros: The hosts were friendly and helpful with information on bus routes and stops. They were quick to respond and provided delicious pod coffee.
Cons: I wish there was a mop in the bathroom to mop the water after a shower.

It was great, with zero let downs.
Pros: All the essentials were there, namely: - Quite, very clean, with quiet AC - Good location, walking distance to the beach - Very nice hosts - respond immediately, helping and accommodating - Reserved parking spot in front of the house, really important for the area
Cons: Only minor gripes, no problems: - Maybe a better/firm mattress with fitted sheets (but that's a personal preference) - Complementary instant coffee would be great, and costs nothing - Extra key set would help (one set for 2 ppl) - Few really minor facilities issues - soup dispenser was stuck and the shower might need a new hose: but we never complained, I'm sure the hosts would have fixed that

A good play to stay if you're visiting Nessebar ! Clean, cozy, quiet, suitable price 👌👌
Pros: I quite enjoyed my stay in the hotel. I stayed only 1 night, it was quiet and comfortable to sleep!! The beds were soft, the room and the bathroom were clean. I liked to use the air conditioner which functioned well as well as the fridge! We had everything necessary for our stay 👌 We liked the service, they were nice, smiling and welcoming.
Cons: There a few things that could be improved to make the experience of the guests even more enjoyable. 1) The curtains have to be changed, they're yellow and in the morning it makes it hard to sleep with sunlight coming in. 2) The quality of the wifi was really poor, I almost couldn't play any videos using it. No other problems 👌

Penzión Вълчеви - dobrá voľba.
Pros: Kto nevyžaduje ubytovanie vo veľkom anonymnom hoteli s all inclusive alebo cenovo drahšie ubytovanie v Starom Nesebare, tak pre toho je penzión rodiny Вълчеви je tá správna voľba. Býval som v dvojlôžkovom štúdiu s kuchynským kútom na najvyššom poschodí s malým balkónom, ktoré malo všetko čo bolo v popise, včítane rúry na pečenie, dvojplatničky, chladničky a kávovaru, funkčnej tichej klimatizácie a káblovej TV. Penzión je v tichej ulici, na Južnú, najväčšiu pieskovú pláž včítane nudistickej je to asi 20 minút pohodlnou chôdzou. Veľmi oceňujem prístup rodiny Вълчеви, domáci boli veľmi príjemní, ochotní pomôcť mi v čomkoľvek a kedykoľvek , požičali mi plážový slnečník čo bolo v horúcich slnečných dňoch na nezaplatenie. Kuchynský kút som nevyužil, v okolí je dostatok možností dobre a lacno sa najesť. 5 minút od penziónu je zastávka autobusu na letisko Sarafovo v Burgase.
Cons: Ubytovanie sa mi naozaj páčilo, boli tam len maličkosti, ktoré by sa dali vylepšiť. Postele mali veľmi pekné veselé povlečenie, potešila by napínacia plachta. Pružinový matrac má už asi najlepšie roky za sebou, nespalo sa mi na ňom dobre. Sprchovací kút nemal záves, takže po sprchovaní bola voda v polovici kúpeľne. Spal som na posteli pri okne a vypínač na svetlo bol až pri vchodových dverách, potešila by malá nočná lampa na stene medzi posteľami Napriek tomu ubytovanie v penzióne rodiny Вълчеви odporúčam.

Pros: Lugar agradable; bonito, huele bien, zonas comunes cuidadas. El anfitrión muy simpático.
Cons: La limpieza en general era buena excepto el lavabo que estaba sucio cuando llegamos. Faltan útiles de limpieza en la cocina. El aparcamiento son huecos que encuentres en la calle.
