Nice, comfy and spotless aparrment
Pros: Great location, very quiet area, free parking near the block. Very well equipped, spotless apartment with the brand new furniture. Very comfy mattresses. Friendly and helpful owner. Highly recommended!
Cons: The apartment's kitchen is convenient, with new appliances and utensils. My only recommendation to the owner is to buy a small portable electric stove.

Comfortable close to the South Beach
Pros: Very spacious, well maintained and clean apartment. Comfortable bed. Possibility to park in front of the building. Close to the wild part of the South Beach with views of the old town in Nessebar and the sand dunes.
Cons: There is no oven/stove in the kitchen, which can be inconvenient for longer stays.

a very good place to spend few days or more
Pros: Very good location. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach (10 minutes on foot), but quite far from other points of interest. But this wasn't an issue for us. We simply walked. But there are buses for many destinations. And taxi. The parking spaces are right in front pf the property. Clean, large rooms, quite place, good wi-fi network. Furniture, curtains, cutlery, glasses, plates, etc all new and in very good condition. Enough places to put your stuff. Comfortable couch. Big tv screen. Grocery stores nearby.
Cons: If you have big luggage, it could be ''really interesting'' to carry it up the stairs. But it's not the end of the world's though. Also if there are too many guests, the parking spaces are too few. That can be an issue. It will be better to ask to be sure you'll have a place to put the car on or to be given some informations about alternatives. It would be nice to have a wiping cloth in the kitchen. I never give 10 because, in my opinion, is the ideal situation, wich is not the case, but this place it's a lovely place to stay, if you want a clean, large, quiet apartment, near a beautiful beach.

Pros: Clean apartment, simple and very elegant with that blue dominant color. Ikea modern style. Very good for a relaxing vacation. It is just as it looks in the pictures. Many big windows so the apartment is full of light. There is a big terrace above the block of apatmens with nice view to the sea. Close to a beautiful beach. No one bothers you, I have not even seen the owner in 6 days.
Cons: I asked the owner on the phone for a small electric stove just to boil some spagetti and rice, even on balcony or on the upper terrace if not in the apartment but cooking not allowed, no availability. No cleaning service in 6 days, just one toilet paper ar the beginning, no trash bags. One wardrobe: for a family of five not enough.

Pros: We had a very nice stay in Nesebar. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and close to the beach. A free parking place is available right in front of the property. The host was kind and willing to help. The apartment was just perfect for us, a group three friends.

Great apartment in a peaceful area
Pros: The property was very comfortable, clean and well furnished. It was spacious and felt luxurious because it was very new. The location is good but slightly on the side of things. Nevertheless, I like Cherno more quarter - it’s peaceful with beautiful buildings, it’s close to a few smaller beaches too. We have a friend who lives in the area and was easy for us to move around. The host was kind and helpful and we had an easy check-in experience. Recommend and would love to visit again. Thank you!
Cons: I think that a coffee machine and a small hob to prepare something quick to eat would be helpful. That way you wouldn’t have to eat out every day.
