Excellent stay

Pros: The location, the view, the room, the bed comfort, the breakfast were excellent.

Cons: No elevator when there are 5 floors, but still we don't complain

Pros: Great location of the hotel - less than 3min walk to both center of Lozenets, or the central beach. The hotel also has its own parking lot. Spacious, clean rooms, with great view to the sea. Rich and delicious breakfast.

Cons: I cannot say I didn't like it, because it is written in Booking, but it is good if the hotel had a lift. We were on the 4th floor, which was generally not a problem for us. But it was really funny when passing people going up the stairs how most of them commented stairs are hard after they had breakfast :)

Pros: I recently stayed at this hotel and had a delightful experience. The location is excellent, situated in a prime spot that provides easy access to various attractions and amenities. The rooms offer a beautiful view, which adds a serene and picturesque element to the stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their professionalism and attentiveness greatly enhanced my overall experience. One of the highlights of this hotel is its proximity to the beach. It’s just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea without any hassle. The nearby beach is well-maintained and provides a perfect spot for relaxation and leisure. Overall, this hotel combines a fantastic location, wonderful views, and excellent service, making it a great choice for anyone looking to stay in the area. I highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Cons: The only drawbacks I could give to the hotel are the fact that there's a fun park nearby and it could be a bit noisy if you stay with open windows during the evening. Another thing is there's no elevator so you need to manually bring your luggage up and down the stairs if you carry it manually it could be a bit of a hassle.

A pleasant place to stay

Pros: Our stay there was great. The hotel is situated near the beach and meters away rom a fun park which our kid adored. All the staff at the hotel and at the restaurant were really nice and the food was very delicious. Definitely will come back!

Pros: I have been staying in this hotel since it's opening and I have always had good experience. Location is excellent, sea view from every room, staff is always super friendly. It is simple, yet clean and comfortable.

Cons: The only thing I would say needs a bit work is overall maintenance. The water from the toilet stopped when flushing, needed to call the reception, the shower was leaking, door was creaking, so I oiled it, the aircon sounded like it will fly out. All the rest is good, but maintenance and attention to the details is very necessary there.

Pros: Dobré raňajky , vlastné parkovisko , dobrá a tichá poloha .

Pros: Мога да добавя ,че отношението към гостите на хотела е на много високо ниво. Изключителни сервитьори , готвачи, и всички останали от персонала на хотела Много вкусна храна както включената закуска така и в ресторанта. Стаята беше просторна и чиста , паркинг за колата , локацията на хотела е близо до плажа. Много сме доволни и със сигурност ще го посетим отново.

Pros: Разположението е страхотно, храната в ресторанта беше вкусна, закуската обилна и разнообразна, стаята беше чиста.

Cons: Стаята ми се стори малко малка. Банята за мен лично би била доста по-добре, ако има душ кабина или някакво разделение, за да не се мокри вратата. Липсата на асансьор също за мен е недостатък и липсата на комарник.
