Hotel Marina Palace

Definitely worth a stay !

Pros: Everything was perfect , staff was friendly and helpful. We personally thank you for the nice touch in the room and the wishes. The food was out of this world compared to other 5 star resorts that we stayed in Bulgaria. Thank you also for fixing the issue with the parking , greatly appreciated. The views were amazing and the most exciting thing was that after you eat you can just stroll off the restaurant's terrace for a walk in the Old Nessebar. For sure we will come for another stay. Thank you for everything ! PS: they let you feed the cats, but please bear in mind to leave food for the cats near the terrace. Nobody will complain. Incredible.

Cons: Small fixes that could be easily done in the room , few cracks on tiles, etc. Nothing major.

Great experience

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the beach. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

Cons: The only small inconvenience we experienced was that the lights in the room and bathroom sometimes turned off on their own, even when we were inside with the wristbands.

Exceptional

Pros: Wonderful hotel with professional staff and great location between old and new town. Excellent service, beautiful view and everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, could do we a bit of an update.

Pros: Light, bright and airy, good pool area although it could have been heated to take the edge off the water. All the staff we encountered were smiley and helpful. We were upgraded to an apartment on the roof level but all the blinds in the lounge are were broken, we were only there 2 nights so didn’t report. Great views overlooking Nesebar Old Town

Cons: Poor quality beer, wines & spirits on the All Inclusive options.

A memorable stay!!!

Pros: Exceptional decor and panoramic view!!! Suite with an elegant and spacious bedroom!!! Absolutely delightful location and view, diverse food, friendly staff who welcomed us as if we had returned for the umpteenth time….. pleasant warm and relaxing in an excellent atmosphere! A memorable stay!!!

Great resting location

Pros: The location was close to the beach. The food was good. Cleaning service outstanding. The staff was polite. And a huge kudos to the person that made the music playlist for the gym. One of the first time in my life when I did not need headphones in a gym.

Pros: Themed cuisines rotating every 7 days - impressive variety and rich food selection. Evening music events at the bar added great atmosphere. Quite decent and stable Wi-Fi connection throughout of the hotel's territory. Overall, the hotel gave me a great vibe - definitely a place I will return to.

Cons: The main pool area is quite small i.e. quite a challenge to secure a sunbed. The upper open-air terrace feels a bit isolated - no music, plus a constant buzz from a nearby generator. The hotel is somewhat outdated, and the elevators feel a little sketchy.

Nice, but definitely not great

Pros: We really liked the apartment, the rooftop bar, the pool, and especially the stunning view. It was truly impressive - no matter where you looked, there was always something beautiful to admire. Watching the sunrise from our apartment terrace and enjoying the sunset at the rooftop bar were unforgettable highlights. We also appreciated the Bulgarian night the most - it was a lovely surprise - as well as the gourmet experience overall. We loved the cats at the terrace, especially because we could feed the the leftovers off our plates. These were all nice, well behaved. The staff was generally kind and helpful, with just a few minor exceptions.

Perfect stay

Pros: Everything is exceptional! The rooms are renovated, very clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. The hotel has an excellent location – situated between the Old Town and the New Town of Nessebar, providing easy access to attractions and the beach. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help. The rooftop pool offers a relaxing place to unwind. The food is tasty and varied. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort by the sea!

Great week in Sol Marina Palace Nessebar

Pros: The location is perfect. The quality of services is at the highest level. Everybody is polite and ready to help. The rooms are great, the meal is diverse and abundent.
