Fabulous host!
Pros: Chris, the owner, was fabulous and immediately made us feel so comfortable and welcome while we stayed. The hotel is very clean, modern and well equipped room for exactly what we needed. We visited out of season and were even provided a heater as extra to make sure we were comfortable! We will definitely be returning when the weather allows us to make use of the lovely pool and maybe a cocktail or two 😀 Although Chris makes lovely coffee too, to set you up for the day ahead of you! 👌

Pros: The owner Chris is very friendly and super helpful!!!! The location is perfect not far from nessebar old town... Beach is about 10mins walk...the hotel have also a nice swimming pool! I can only recommend this place to stay

Pros: The bed was fantastic! I would like to take a minute to express my gratitude to Chris, the Italian owner. The personal touch and friendly smile to me matters above all. I am looking forward to the summer, when I will definitely return to Italia hotel.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit cold, but we pretty well understand Nessebar and its hotels are a summer destination...

Friendly host, great location and a sauna.
Pros: Perfect location. Very friendly and helpful host, who gives you all the needed information about the surroundings, and organizes you a drive to the airport. For a Finnish visitor an extra (and decisive) bonus was availability of the sauna. And yes - unlike in so many places - here you are allowed to throw water on the stove and there is a bucket for that!
Cons: If there was water in the pool, would have been nice to jump in after the sauna. However, as this was out of tourist season, I cannot really complain of that either..

Pros: The owner of the hotel, Chris, was very polite, helpful, smiling and always went out of his way to ensure we have what was needed or required
Cons: The pillows in the room. They could be a little more full and the lift door closes as soon as the 1st person is inside it

Bring a sleep mask, and enjoy the stay.
Pros: The a/c is one of the quietest I have ever experienced. The selection of TV Channels was outstanding. Chris is perhaps the friendliest and most eager to please host I have met. All the things that needed to work, did work.
Cons: The curtains in my room did a very poor job of blocking out the sun. Not a problem if you get up at sunrise. Not so good if you don't. The hotel needs a bell or alert to tell Chris of new arrivals. If the front door is shut and he is at the pool, or otherwise busy, you have to wait a while for somebody to let you in.

Pros: Small, nice, well maintained hotel and amabile staff. You also benefit from a buffet breakfast. The staff and especially the owner Chris are extremely attentive and responsive to guests. Chris is always there if you need anything, never gets tired! The old town Nessebar, is within walking distance, easy to reach on foot. The beach is not far away! Mamma Mia Chris, you are the best!
