Amazing views but needs renovations

Pros: Very friendly staff, a lovely selection in the restaurant at affordable prices. Amazing views, a large pool and sufficient sunbeds.

Cons: The parking is far away and there's no asphalt. Low cars have to be very careful when entering. The rooms could be renovated - at least the carpets and walls.

Pros: Very nice sea view hotel. The ratio quality / price is very good.

Lovely stay.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was good with a balcony and sea view from the side. It had a great pool and breakfast facilities below this. It is about 10 mins walk to the beach. There was secure outdoor parking about a 2 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful too.

Cons: We really enjoyed everything about this stay.

Perfect hotel by the sea

Pros: He hotel is in a great location, super clean and very well maintained. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and are happy to help with parking and any additional requests you may have.

Cons: There is no such thing as everything was perfect!

Pros: Good location, amazing spot and view. Nice amenities.

Cons: More prompt on cleaning

Pros: Lovely, locally owned boutique hotel with a stunning view over Kavastite beach. It is a very tranquil setting, perfect for relaxing by the pool. 10 minute walk down to the beach where there are many bars. The room was large, perfectly clean, and comfortable. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, in particular the owner. 100% recommended!

Cons: The only small downside is you're further away from Sozopol town and public transport links. 45mins walk or 10mins taxi. But it is worth it for the location and relative seclusion.

The best place to stay on Kavatsi

Pros: The hotel team were very nice and helpful, great attitude; location is perfect - 10 min walk from the beach; the view is stunning; very nice café/bar; everything is perfect. I'll definitely come again

Pros: The location was perfect, near the beach - 10 minutes to Kavatsi beach. The rooms were lovely, spacious and clean with a view of the seaside. The restaurant and the pool also had an amazing view. The staff was friendly and overall we had an amazing experience.

Nice view and place, just avoid the kitchen.

Pros: The receptionist was very kind, the view from the place is nice, cute path to the cliffs, clean pool, parking options were good, generally quiet, view from the rooms is nice and the terrace in front is convenient. We asked and got help woth the luggage. The bed and pillows were comfortable, strong AC. Long, but walking distance to Kavatsi beach. Shop nearby. Good water pressure in the bathroom and good sound isolation from outside and other rooms. OK coffee. We got very nice intro on the phone camera before arrival. Most staff are nice.

Cons: The rooms are mediocre. Bathroom a bit outdated - hanger was falling. There could be noise from the hallway when people come in. Besides leaving the towels on the floor they were not changed 2 days in a roll and we had to ask for new ones. Toiletaries were not refilled. Would not recommend the breakfast or the food there at all. We tried many things at different time and the only good food was the fruits and the pizza. The lady at the kitchen/bar is not particularly friendly. We got uncooked omlet one of the days and when we returned it and showed her the raw yolk we got a tantrum from her, she was generally not service-minded and ruining the mood. Talking on the phone and smoking most times you see her. Anything we were told by the reception - she rejected ( as putting the bill to the room bill and bringing the food due to difficulty of my parent to go up the stairs) the cesar salad was served without parmesan and croutons. Salmon toast was scandalous- dry and not tasty, the croissants coming with it were old. If it wasn’t for her and her food we would have had a very different and pleasant experience and rating for this hotel.
