Overall a great hotel would recommend

Pros: Great hotel, basic but clean and good value for money. The location is in the old town with a 10 minute walk to the beach. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We are returning customers.

Cons: We ate at the hotel one evening and the food was really good but service was disappointingly slow.

Exceptional city villa & swimming in pool with sea view

Great location and amazing outdoor space. But very small room with outdated furniture.

Cons: Very small dark room with outdated equipment.

Pros: Location is perfect, the pool was really nice, warm welcoming even thouugh we arrived late. P.S everything smelled great.

Best place to stay in old town Sozopol.

Pros: If it is available - book it. One of the top places in Sozopol. This is a rare find especially in high season.

Our favourite stay in Sozopol by far

Pros: We have been to Sozopol 7 times and this was our first time staying at Villas Sozopol and we absolutely adored it. This hotel is located right at the top of Sozopol and in the heart of the old town where you can find the most fairytale like bars and restaurants, we planned one night here and ended up staying for 3 nights we loved it that much. This is the only hotel up top that has a pool, it has no doubt the best breakfast and huge portions. The pool and view were amazing and staff were brilliant. We can't rate this place enough and will definitely be back. The bed was so surprisingly comfortable too as this isn't very common in the old town.

Cons: Cannot fault it.

Pros: Excellent location, beautiful setting. Room overlooking pool and sea. Restaurant vastly improved from last year. Food on offer excellent. Room was quite small but very clean. Excellent value for money.

Fantastic views

Pros: The location and the view from the infinity pool and restaurant are not to be found anywhere else.

Cons: The rooms are a bit small so best suited for travellers who plan to be out and about rather than snuggle up indoors.

Cons: Difficult if you have walking problems as there are a lot of steps and no hand rails on some stairs
