Pros: Great little terrace to watch the sunrise! The owner is very chill and allowed us to check out late to stay on the beach a little longer :)

Exceptional

Pros: Exceptional location in the Old Town Sozopol next to all venues of the enchanting Apollonia Arts Festival. We will always remember the sea view and the sun rising seen in all its splendour from the terrace. The owner was always polite, always available, offering service and care far and beyond what is expected. However, the star of the house was of course the lovely cat Mimi! We will miss them and definitely come back.

Pros: Location was fantastic. Views were fabulous. Host was super helpful, communicated well and was very friendly. In the old town of Nesebar so it was easy to walk around the town and get immersed in the history.

Cons: Nothing really. Not a negative but if you were not mobile, it would be hard to get onto the terrace as you had to climb 2 steep steps and go out an opening window. It was lovely once you were out there so not a problem for us but could be a problem for some. Also not being told drinks were not included in our breakfast. We just assumed we would get a coffee and didn't have money with us which was an issue. Maybe if was written somewhere so you knew to bring money.

One of the best places in Sozopol to stay at!

Pros: The location, the view and the breakfast. Close to the beach, bars and restaurants.

Cons: Excellent view and balcony, just a bit close to the neighbours.

Pros: Location is great. Steps away from the beach, many restaurants, supermarket. Very very clean, nice balcony off the main bedroom to have a drink and see/listen to the waves. The 2 bedrooms were ideal for us. They also have a coffee corner on the 1st floor hallway which is a nice touch as you can get fresh coffee whenever you want (espresso machine has a milk foamer too). Breakfast included is at a beach place called Ginny’s Kitchen. Few omlettes option, Toast with guacamole and eggs, pancakes. All very delicious. For drinks you pay separately (15leva got us a fresh orange juice, an espresso, a capuccino and a big bottle of water). Host was 10+. He waited for us until 8pm for checkin, guided us out if the city street maze after checkout.

Cons: Not necesarily a dislike but to be considered in case you are not a fan of showering directly on the bathroom floor. Not a problem for us.

Pros: Great location, right next to the beach and in the heart of old Sozopol.

Pros: The location was great,just above the sea and on 3 mins walk from the beach at the same time in the heart of the Old Town. We learned a lot about the history of this historical and magnetic place from the host.

Pros: The location in the old town is absolutely brilliant with a stunning view, it was super clean and the hosts were very friendly and helpful from the very beginning!

Cons: I can only recommend few more hangers in the bathroom and a larger bin somewhere in the flat.

Pros: The location was perfect, balcony had amazing views and property was clean.

Cons: Decor was tacky for my taste and the glass bathroom is both difficult from a privacy point of view as it's right next to the bed and the shower soaks up the entire bathroom and it stays wet for hours. Not the best set up.
