Sun Palace Hotel - All Inclusive

Great value for the money

Pros: Our stay at Sun Palace Hotel in Bulgaria was excellent in every way! The all-inclusive food was varied and delicious, with fresh dishes every day, plenty of fruit, and tasty desserts. The atmosphere was relaxing, with pools for both adults and children, plus an outdoor bar perfect for a refreshing drink. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have balconies, and the prices are very reasonable for what the hotel offers. A big plus was the kindness and professionalism of the staff – always smiling and ready to help. The hotel manager was especially attentive and did everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as it could be, which we truly appreciated. There is parking available on the property for an extra fee, where your car is secure throughout your stay. The actual distance to the beach is about a 10-minute easy walk, making the location very convenient. I highly recommend it for a relaxing vacation with excellent services and a friendly atmosphere ****k22uya****

Fantastic stay and for the price you pay it was well worth the money

Pros: The property is located in the town centre..They keep the hotel clean and tidy, we had clean towels everyday, rubbish removed and room tidied everyday also.We found if you smile and are pleasant to the staff they are pleasant back, we were the only English in the hotel but they communicated well with us, we were the only ones who had cushions on the sun loungers, they entertainment team especially Vladl went out of his way to chat with us. Enjoyed our stay..The drinks were basic but plentiful.

Cons: The only qualm we had was the temperature off the food, but most places in Bulgaria don’t serve their food piping hot.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of food and drinks to choose from. No complaints.

Pros: Местоположението на хотела е много добро излизаш и всичко е пред теб магазини ресторанти забавления .чистотата на хотела е добър стаите не са лукс но пък са чисти и прохладни храната беше разнообразна и вкусна на обяд и вечеря

Cons: Закуската много бързо затварят трябва да е 10:30 а не до 10

Pros: Camerele sunt ok curatenie se face zilnic,iar din 3 in 3 zile sunt schimbate prosoapele si lenjeria.

Cons: In aplicația de pe Booking sunt anumite specificații, iar in cadrul hotelului politica este alta!Nu se tine cont de faptul ca selectezi o anumita camera ,iar ei iti dau ce le convine sau au disponibil.

Pros: Изключително доволни от 3те момичета - аниматори. Отново да се срещнем и следващата година с тях. Създават приятна атмосфера край басейна. Храната е разнообразна и вкусна.

Pros: Всичко беше много хубаво персоналът, обслужването и храната, чистота любезното, удобства.

Cons: Сръбската група, от сутрин до вечер сръбска музика никаква толерантност към другите.Освен тях имаше и други националности.

Pros: Jó helyen van, közel a tengerpart. Az ételek finomak voltak.

Cons: Nem igazán segitőkészek a bolgárok.

Pros: Приветливый, отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал! Расположение ресторана, бара и большой террасы удобное!
