Pros: Food was very good, the staff was nice and helpful except one women in the reception, she was very rude. The parking cost about 16€ per night

Pros: I liked almost everything in the hotel the food was amazing the staff were incredibly friendly and the room was super big definitely coming back

Cons: Just a little bit noisy but it did not bother me

OK stay

Pros: Food is very tasty; Pool is clean and spacious enough; Rooms are Spacious also; Beds are comfortable; Change of used towels on a daily basis; Refill of mini bar daily.

Cons: We were here for the second time. First time was 2 years ago. Quality of services went down. Imported drinks were more varied 2 years ago; Bottled water was offered then, now not anymore. Welcome gifts were offered (box of chocolates + bottle of wine), now not anymore; Nice amenities kit was offered, not anymore. General quality of service was higher 2 years ago. They increased prices, but decreased quality.

Overall it was a perfect vacation. The food was exceptional , congrats to the turkish chefs !

Pros: The variety of cheese buffet , the omlette was exceptional and also the pancakes

Cons: The mold on the bathroom door and on the pipes under the sink

The staff made us feel welcomed

Pros: We liked every moment of our stay, all the staff made us feel welcomed, greatly appreciated. It is an excellent place for families.

Pros: We traveled as a couple + 1, we arrived at the hotel early in the morning and were greeted by a manager named Shishman, who gave us bracelets and sent us to relax with breakfast. Shishman and the reception staff were kind and answered every question and request with an explanation, always with a smile 👌 Even though there are dishes with pork, you can always find something to eat, always fresh and good service and a smile, foreign-made whiskey and plenty of drinks and cocktails. The entertainment team is great and really gives a fun feeling. 1 min fron the beach and the center. SHISHMAN IS THE BEST🤝

Amazing experience

Pros: Everything was great for us, the rooms very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. We had our room cleaned daily. The food was amazing, very tasteful and beautifully displayed in the serving area. All kind of vegetables, cheese, local dishes, meat and fish every day. The sweets were great, they had a lot of options with fruits and not very sweet, perfect for children. The pool was very clean, they had special activities every night for children and also for adults. The beach was quite near, like 5 minutes walk. They also have a small playground for children. Overall it was a very beautiful holiday for us.

Cons: The cocktails were decent, not bad, but a little bit too sweet, especially the non-alcoholic ones. They serve them in plastic cups near the pool area, but at the open bar you can ask for normal glasses if you want. A small inconvenient was that the food in the snack bar is served in plastic plates that are very thin and unpractical. Maybe they could switch to more eco friendly choices.

Pros: Food in dining hall, restaurant and snack bar had plenty of choices with a different theme in the evenings. Children's entertainment was very well done and the Animation team were very enthusiastic.

Cons: The drinks included are of a low quality and overly sweet. Low sugar options, apart from cola, unavailable. We drank in a bar outside the complex. Although we experienced a heat wave we were ordered out of the shade by the grass gestapo even though there was not enough parasols round the pool. The groundsman was aggressive and shouting until a member of staff intervened. We were still not allowed in the shade and spent hot afternoons in our air conditioned rooms.

Pros: Everything was great. Especially Turkish cooks who made excellent and delicious food.

Great holiday

Pros: Was clean , and in a great location right near flower street , close to the beach . And the size of the room was Alot bigger than I expected.

Cons: The view of room b16 would of been much better if there wasn't trees blocking your view . The food was very basic and same stuff Alot of the time .
