Hotel Pacific Palma

Fantastic value

Pros: Lovely lady welcomed me and checked me in and gave me the information I needed. The room was spacious and clean and had a big balcony. The only thing missing was a kettle

Cons: Through no fault of the hotel's there were path works directly outside the hotel where the contractors didn't leave any pathway to walk and it wasn't lit up so very dangerous and muddy. The breakfast was ok. If the hot selection was better and not just left out to go cold they would get a 10

Pros: Great Hotel and staff, nice facilities great breakfast. Good position, great value

Pros: Came in the off season so it was very quiet but the restaurant was still open and breakfast was lovely. Pool and pool side bar were closed as was all inclusive i think. Small supermarket open 24/7 on complex and large supermarket across the road

Cons: Cleaning / housekeeping staff sometime tried entering without knocking. Was no do not disturb sign. Were very nice and did a very good job with the cleaning. Beds were also a bit lumpy with a few divers in the springs

Pros: Very clean, well maintained place. Staff was very nice, professional and helpful. The hotel restaurant was great, a huge variety of food and drinks at a very affordable price. Rooms were spacious with every basic need covered. The swimming pool and outdoor gym were completely adequate for a nice stay.

Cons: The stairs and handles of the swimming pool were shaky, definitely need tightening, same thing with the toilet in the room itself. Some of the gym equipment needs to be replaced or renovated and fixed.

An amazing experience

Pros: wonderful experience, the receptionists were very nice and friendly and replied my every request. The hotel was very clean and every day they are cleaning the hotel, the rooms. A very warm, quite and domestic atmosfere in a wonderful location. The breakfast was also very nice. I had a wonderful experience and i will definitely come back

Cons: the only minus was that the water in the sweaming pool was too cold

Pros: The property is in a good position, nearby were a lot of stores. The food was okay, you had from where to choose. The hotel was also very clean and the pool was nice.

Cons: Not much of drinks included in the All Inclusive package. Where I have stayed in the past there were also cocktails included. Also, the coffee was not that good.

Good location, clean hotel and you have option for meals

great locations friendly staff modern comfy rooms if you get the hotel for a good price you can over see the food qauilt

Cons: - food qauilty was poor this time more reused and cold - three meat dishes where poor - food cery cold - to small dinning area for people to stressfull and caotic as food all put in one place every one fighting and pushing - kids and toddelers running around unaupervised in dinner room messing with machines plates running in to every one needs to be looked after by parents as a rule - person to dish out only rhe 3 meat dishes and wvery one else filled thiere plates leavin little for people behind - snacks poor in day just three trys of left over cake ocasionaly cheese on toast- has a great pizza ovem area so could do pizza and chips etc dueing day

Pros: Quality/Price is amazing, multi-language professional reception, clean rooms, good location
