Pros: Almost everything. Room was great, it looks worse on photos, but it is great in person, staff was excelent, plenty of food to choose, and it was really tasty and well prepared. Room service was on the spot. Receptionist Peter was a huge help. Don't let that guy go! He is one that made a huge difference.

Cons: I know that security has to be on an alert, but the bald guy was a bit agressive before we checked in. It is pointless to book a parking space, since the stay capacity is much greater than the number of parking spots. And FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, change the number on Booking. We weren't able to find the place to park and nobody answered. For anybody who is reading this, use the number: +359893356610

Un sejur plăcut

Pros: Foarte curat, totul mirosea super frumos. Prosoapele le schimbau aproape zilnic. La mâncare aveai de unde să alegi, doar micul dejun era la fel în fiecare zi. La gustare scria ca au și sandwich dar a avut doar pizza.

Cons: Am avut 2 camere. Pentru prima am primit cheie direct dar la a doua pana nu am parcat in parcarea unde au parteneriat cu ei (in loc de 24 leva plăteai 20 leva pentru ca veneai de la hotel) nu am primit și cea de a doua cheie. Noi găsind un loc de parcare peste strada de hotel.

Pros: Raport calitate preț - bun. Personal drăguț, mâncarea buna pt suma plătită.

Cons: Gustarea de la ora 14:30 a fost aceiași în fiecare zi, însă nu era deranjant pt ca noua nu ne trebuia. Mi ar fi plăcut la capitolul băuturi sa aibe și frappe cu fulgi de gheata asa cum aveau o parte din sucuri

Pros: Избор на басейни, чисти стаи, храната беше на ниво. Има детска площадка за малките деца и зелени площи. Близо е до плажа и лунапарка.

Cons: По-голяма част от персонала е от чужденци, каквото и да ги питаш никой не може да ти отговори, просто защото не те разбират. Чувствах се чужденец в собствената си държава.

Pros: Nem közvetlen a tengerparton van a hotel,de legalább csendes, nyugodt környezetben van. A szobák klímásak és nagyon tiszták. Az étel, ital választék bőséges, minden igényt kielégítő.. Kicsi és nagyobb gyermeknek is tökéletes a hely . Az animátorok programjai szuperek, a játszótér nagyon népszerű a kicsik körében. A személyzet udvarias, segítőkész. Mi mindennel meg voltunk elégedve. ❤️
