Un sejur minunat! Vom reveni!

Pros: The hotel looks wonderful both on the outside and inside – from the reception and lobby to the rooms. We were delighted to receive a very spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable apartment. The food was varied and very tasty, and the staff proved to be extremely kind and attentive. The animators truly deserve a 10, as the children had a fantastic time with them. On our very first day we experienced a special surprise: since it was my son’s birthday, the hotel prepared a cake and a bottle of champagne, and we all celebrated together at the restaurant – such a beautiful memory! Thank you, Rome Palace, for an unforgettable holiday!

Pros: Great food, friendly entertainers, and exceptionally helpful reception staff. Our daughter forgot her teddy bear in the room, and the staff found it and kindly sent it to our home. Sincere thanks for your kindness!

Pros: The staff was super communicative and friendly. The Hotel looks great , The Restaurant is so nice looking, the food is ok .

Cons: It's just a suggestion to improve this side of entertainment, maybe more shows could be included in the evening, one show every night

Pros: The staff were always smiling and the food was really delicious. Moreover, the sun bed near the pool were very comfortable. Also, we had a parking place available.

Cons: We haven’t had the towels changed everyday which was not ok and we also ran out of toilet paper, because the stuff didn’t checked the room everyday.

Pros: Room was big, well equiped. food was nice, fresh and tasty. Barmen in pool bar was such a nice and polite, very respectful.

Cons: the territory is very small, one pool, the hotel is more for couples without children. although the animation did what it could to entertain the children, special thanks to them.the room cleaning was just disgusting, bed linen was changed once in 7 days, the refrigerator was dirty upon arrival, the furniture was all covered in fingerprints.

Pros: The staff at the reception, restaurant - all admiration, professionals and nice! The location of the hotel is perfect for both the city and the beach. The room was very quiet and spacious.

Cons: In the morning, there was a lot of noise considering it's a family hotel with many children. But... that's a joy. However, if you are disturbed by the noise, it is good to know this.

Pros: Very nice hotel, amazing staff, everything was perfect from all points of view. All inclusive was excellent. The pool was also very nice. Cleaning service is perfect. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom also clean and huge.
