Pros: On the day of my departure I had to take a transport very late while I had to vacate the room before noon. The hotel has a bathroom in the lobby for gestures wishing to enjoy the beach during the day and leave the hotel later. It's really appreciable.

Cons: I don't like that breakfast is served a bit late, starting at 8 a.m. I would have liked to be at the beach by this time...

Pros: we really liked everything about Hotel Zaara, with no bad reports, the cleanliness was exceptional clean bed linen and towels 4 times during our two week stay, the shower was fantastic never stayed in a hotel with as much pressure 10/10 beautiful clean sparkling pool cleaned everyday with plenty of room and plenty of sunbeds, most of the time we had the pool area to ourselves, pool and beach towels were provided,adequate breakfast buffet hot and cold choice, extra charge obviously but not expensive, the staff were very helpful ,,cleaning team were exceptional, hotel in great location for bus stops to Sunny Beach and Nessebar , the Hotel is on the main road but when the patio doors are closed with the free air conditioner on we nver heard a thing comfy clean beds. will defininatly be returning . not 5 star but they dont profess to be i have stayed in 5 star that were not as clean,, highly recommended..

Cons: Two coffee/ tea cups should be provided also few more coat hangers,

Pros: I had really nice and relaxed stay. Nothing really bothered me. The room is big enough with a terrace, where you can enjoy your drink. My room was a bit away from the main road, so I was away from any traffic noise. The location is superb since there are many several small and bigger shops with plenty of restaurants as well. You are equal distance away from Sunny Beach and Nessebar and as such you can enjoy both by just hopping on the bus at the nearby stop. The check-in was fast and efficient. The price is OK - in fact on of the most inexpensive ones in the area. Choose this place if you are more into relaxed stay rather than party nights (it is not that you cannot have both, but you will be a little bit away from the bars).
