Amazing affordable place near beach and flower street

Pros: the pool is big and great, but a little bit cold than water at the beach, the beach is very near from the hotel and flower street, so the overall location is one of the best to stay here. the room was big is very much appreciated. hotel staff is very friendly. amazing affordable place. and the activities at the hotel is very good especially for my kids.

Cons: the food is almost same everyday. but there so much to choose, so its not a big deal.

Pros: The location of the hotel is very convenient, centre location of shops, bars and restaurants can be reached in 5mins. We enjoyed the food - it had a huge variety of options. Dinners always had something different, theme dishes. The room was spaciuos, clean and comfortable. Our window was facing the pool, so we heard the music from the evening events, but the events would always end before 11pm, so it didn't bother the night sleep. The stuff was nice and caring. Would come back!

Cons: The amount of plastic used seems too big : snack bar has only plastic dishes, drinks are also served in plastic glassess. The guests can ask specifically to be served in proper glasses, but otherwise, the stuff would give the plastic. Probably would be worth considering of reusable plastic glasses. The soundtrack near the pool could be also improved with wider variety of songs.

Pros: Everything was amazing! The location is great with small shops nearby and also the walk to the beach is 7min away. The food was amazing! Different fresh food every meal. Big thank you for the bar guys- they work hard and fast.

Cons: One room was smelly (cigarette smell) but the staff sorted the problem out.

Pros: We were at this hotel with the family. It was a nice holiday. Thank you. The cleaning and the food were nice. Everything was okay.

Pros: I like the activities for kids. My son has enjoyed a lot.

Cons: The food options are more or less same. There could be more varieties.

Overall, we enjoy our stay at the hotel.

Pros: The hotel is very clean, every day our room was hoovered and towels changed. The food was tasteful and a lot of dishes to choose from. Mini disco was atractive for children.

Cons: Long queues to take the elevator, sometimes up to 10 min, our room was on the 5 floor. The hotel is 5-10 min walking distance from the beach.

Pros: Great value for money! The location is excellent – just a few minutes’ walk from both the town center and the beach. Shops, pharmacies, and everything else you might need are nearby. The buffet at the restaurant was quite varied (as much as a buffet can be), and we were happy with the selection. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I especially want to highlight the animation team – they truly deserve a big round of applause! They created such a fun, friendly atmosphere with great programs, well-organized activities, and a super positive attitude throughout. Mitko, Gery, Reni, Papi 👌👌

Cons: The pool water was a bit colder than what we’ve usually experienced elsewhere, but it was still refreshing. Snack bar buffet had the same menu every day

Good for a 7 days vacation.

Pros: The food was good quality and variety was good and constant. Animation for both kids and adults was good.

Cons: The hotel is good but not exceptionally. The pool is big but the water was all the time quite could. The beach is not 200 m away but around 400 m.

Pros: I loved their facilities, the room very clean, lili was the person who was in charge of cleaning and it was very good, that was until we vacated the room and left it very clean. The pool, the restaurantw and the baths were very nice in cleanliness.

Cons: That the food was repeated all the time, there was not much variety and every day it was the same, to be 7 days You could have noticed a change in the menu between so many days, the breakfast the love and the snack the same, the Filipino staff was very attentive and happy but the local people you can tell that they were not happy or were moody, the entertainers very good but also their show is the same all the time, they should change their routine.

Money/ Value was ok. Happy with my stay. Not excellent but kind of ok for what we paid

Pros: I liked the location. It is exactly in Sunny Beach centre. The room and the bathroom size are super good. The cleaning staff and animators were excellent. Receptionists were ok too.

Cons: The swimming pool is very cold. The staff in the restaurant don’t speak any English or Bulgarian. They couldn’t answer simple questions about the food. I’ve always cleaned my table and they never said a single “thank you” when I handed them the plates. They looked very upset all the time. There’s no zone for kids under 4y to play. The food in the Snack Bar was bad and the deserts in the restaurant could be better. The coffee was terrible!!
