Amazing

Pros: Everything was perfect. The room is big and clean. The food was amazing. The pool clean, and warm. The staff was amazing , especially Todor from the bar, he mad nice coctails. I would highly reccomend this hotel. From me it's 10.

Pros: The staff is very polite and helpful, which is rare to find in Bulgaria. The hotel is located in the center of Sunny Beach, yet you don’t hear the noise from outside. The service is excellent, and the rooms are clean, so I highly recommend it.

Cons: The breakfast could be improved.

Excellent

Pros: Perfect facilities, a lot of space for things to put them, perfect shower, toiletries, which is not hard to find good ones in Bulgaria. Breakfast was great and in abundance.

Cons: In the end of September the water in swimming pool was cold to swim.

Pros: Great location and staff were very friendly. I’d stay again but it wouldn’t be a first preference.

Cons: Breakfast was poor selection. Bananas cut in half, thinly sliced oranges & grapefruit are not a great selection of fresh fruit. Juices were concentrated and not fresh. Marks on the wall in the room (712). Cooked foods at dinner & breakfast were at best warm not hot. Not a four star in my hotel in my own opinion.

Good hotel, will return

Pros: Clean and nice room with everything needed. The staff is helpful and helped with each our request. The location is perfect: far enough from the loud and busy center with bars, amusement park and clubs, still 7 min walk max. The food was tasty. Breakfast even included a sparkling wine for vacation mimosas. We loved our stay there, definitely recommend.

Pros: Location is excellent, the Hotel itself is very clean as are the rooms the pool view is lovely, staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it in fact we are booked to come back in June 26 and cant wait 😀

Cons: This is just my opinion and not a criticism I found the beds quiet hard but everyone's taste as to how they like their bed is different so impossible to please everyone. Saying that they were good quality beds and the pillows were good too

Pros: I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spotless and spacious! The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. I also really appreciated the attention to detail and the warm atmosphere throughout the hotel.
