Pros: The property is ideal for a fully enjoyable vacation. It had a small pool, a restaurant. The supermarket, ATM machine, and pharmacy were just next to the apartment building. Superb location. Not for people who expect quiet before midnight. The streets are lively and it is right in front of the beach. Cleaning of the room was daily and staff were extremely helpful. The amenities were basic but the room was well kept & clean. The balcony and its views are an absolute treat! Overall, we expected less from this stay but with all amenities and the 24hr concierge, this property truly exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this stay! Looking at hotels with seaview, I would recommend this any day over other options. Perfect for families and couples who do not need all inclusive options.

Cons: Pillows were tough. We had one each but they were rather thin and uncomfortable. I used an extra one but it was hard as a rock. They provide 5 towels but you can always request more from the cleaning staff. Dish soap in the kitchen would be nice to have. Cons: Pool is small, beach is outside the front entrance though. Although there's a kettle and a fridge, there's no kitchen sink cutlery or plates. Other thank that all good

Pros: The room was clean and the staff offered to clean the room every day. The location was perfect for us. Reception staff were very helpful .

Cons: Although we knew there was a big wheel and out of Briz Beach control the repetitive songs drove us crazy after 14 days ! Also out of Briz control was the security guard at next doors Victoria Hotel, who questioned where we were going and what we were doing when we left the hotel from the front , none of his business! There was a big crack down our toilet and we didn't know how to work the hob , A welcome pack with hotel information would be good

Pros: Great location, great staff, good value for money.

Cons: If you’re looking for a quiet stay, the hotel is located directly on the pedestrian beach walk and the music from bars is very loud until early morning hours. Obviously it’s nothing that can be done about by the hotel, but could be bothersome to some people.

Pros: We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and honestly, I can’t think of a single reason why someone wouldn’t love it. The view was stunning, the location couldn’t have been better, and they even reserved our parking spot in advance, which was super thoughtful. The AC worked perfectly too. But what truly stood out was the blonde lady at the reception. She welcomed us with such a warm, genuine smile and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our entire stay. You could tell she really cared, such a lovely person! If you're planning a trip to Sunny Beach, I’d definitely recommend this place. It was a solid 10 in every way!

Perfect stay

Pros: The room was massive, really comfortable beds. A huge balcony overlooking the beach, double glazed windows to drown out the noise. Dishwasher, cooker etc. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were amazing, especially the girl on reception with the light coloured hair. She was so helpful and friendly, she needs a raise. We were on the top floor with sea views. The Brit restaurant does amazing food, It’s in an excellent location.

Pros: We had a fantastic holiday at this hotel! The location is perfect—right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back for future holidays!

Pros: Our holiday here was fantastic!!!! We enjoyed the comfort of the hotel facilities and the beautiful view from our room.. The hotel is on the promenade - first line on the beach with many shops and places to eat. The staff on the reception are absolutely adorable, kind, helpful and very professional. The rooms are impeccably clean, the linen is first class, beds are very clean and comfy. The place captured my heart and I know that this is going to be the place for my summer holidays ahead.
