A very well-balanced, both relaxing and fun place for family holidays
Pros: Amazing location, very well-balanced premises - everything you need under one roof, with a wonderful view. Perfect place for an evening walk around the beach, very nice seaside garden park at an open apartment complex nearby. Very spacious rooms and facilities. The hotel was full, there was regular animation for kids and yet it was neither too noisy nor too crowded at any point. Food is well-prepared and the menu is very diverse.
Cons: The facilities are a bit worn out but otherwise very clean and well-maintained by very friendly and diligent staff.

Boa escolha costa Bulgara
Pros: Quartos enormes, com serviço de limpeza diário. Acesso direto a uma praia magnifica de aguas cristalinas. Localizacao ideal para descansar, mas a uma curta distância de tudo. O próprio hotel tem uma sala com consolas de jogos, bilhar e parque infantil e fica ao lado de uma espaco com bowling e máquinas de jogos. É de fato, um excelente hotel.
Cons: Poucos funcionários falam inglês o que dificulta bastante a comunicação. A comida não era variada, raramente encontravamos pão fresco que não fosse de torrada e quando havia, acabava quase que instantaneamente e nunca era reposto. O vinho disponível não era do melhor e nos servicos de bar, apesar de termos tudo incluido, as ofertas era minimas e sem qualidade. Penso que a comida é mesmo o ponto mais negativo do hotel.

The perfect beach hotel!
Pros: One of the best beach hotels I have ever seen. Once you get there, you don’t want to leave anymore. Front views of the sea from both balconies of the apartment, all is quiet, clean and a friendly atmosphere inside and outside the building. Everything is very nice and well organized, from the access to the parking spot, to all the facilities that can be found everywhere. Delicious food and drinks, nice shows for both children and adults. Good taste and refinement, congratulations! We can't wait to come back!

Pros: Hotelul este renovat, langa plaja, într-o zonă linistita. Camerele arata foarte bine, au toate dotările necesare, terasele sunt frumoase și spatioase, piscina pentru copii excelenta și vederea spre plaja încântătoare. Mâncarea diversificata, pentru toate gusturile. Totul a fost minunat, ne vom reîntoarce cu plăcere data viitoare.
Cons: Totul a fost conform așteptărilor

Un raport calitate preț OK, pentru un resort mic, fără pretenții foarte mari
Pros: - camerele mari, cu vedere superbă la mare, renovate, foarte curate și intretinute zilnic, -foarte aproape de plaja (terasa cu șezlonguri și umbrele și bar inclus, imediat langa plaja); -parcare păzită gratuita; - mâncarea (deși nu extrem de variată că în resorturile fi mari) a fost decentă și cu gust foarte bun; -lipsa aglomerației, in general. -personal foarte amabil.
Cons: - nu a fost nimic inclus in minibar, exceptând o apa, la momentul check-in-ului, - temperatura scăzută a apei din piscine (nu am putut folosi deloc piscinele în perioada 21-25.08). - bauturile îndoite, nimic din import, inclus.

Pros: Храната е превъзходна, поздравявам персонала в кухнята и човека на скарата. Сърдечно благодаря.
Cons: Бара отваря късно, би било добре за посетителите да работи от 9.30 часа препоръчително.

Pros: Totul a fost bine, mancarea buna, camera spatioasa, personalul ok, amplasarea hotelului - in special terasa de la etajul 6.
Cons: La curatenie se poate insista putin, la baia din camera.

Pros: Micul dejun a fost diversificat dar cam repetitiv. Erau aceleasi produse in fiecare dimineata, dar aveai de unde sa alegi totusi.
Cons: Desi am stat 5 nopti, prosoapele au fost schimbate o singura data. Inca de cand am venit am constatat ca tubul de sampon din cabina de dus era gol. Desi am semnalat asta, nu s-a intamplat nimic.

It is a hotel that i can recommend it to all my friends.
Pros: wonderful location , easy access to the beach , room it was extraordinarily clean and big . The room had exactly the sea view that we were expecting . The foods I can say were good and we had lots of options for all meals during the day . inside bar was active till 11 PM which was a wonderful option . free parking was prepared . The hotel had prepared good water play equipment for free . Wonderful beach , clean and safe for swimming . Active 3 bars , beside the pool and sea till 6 PM and inside the bar till 11 PM. Opportunity of visiting Nessebar beautiful city and Old town (Lots of free events in the Old town during summer).
Cons: Unfortunately sometimes some foods were not hot enough and we needed to put them in Microwave . In the menu they did not put beef on the everyday menu ( Mostly Pork and Chicken) . The rate of staff's English was weak and it was difficult to have a conversation with them. A special staff member tried to clean the room which was good but we need to remind her everyday to change the towels . Weak Wifi .
