Relaxing break

Pros: Loved the beach and the hotel, good food selection, bed really comfortable lovely pool and grounds plenty of sun loungers and bars, loved the light show from the tower where the lifts were on different levels

Pros: Food , cleaness , beach and the most , the sea view from our room

Cons: That you have to pay for the sunbedsbon the beach

A place you definitely want to come back to =]

Pros: Top location. Close to Sveti Vlas but yet 5-6 min car away from the center which is ideal for families with kids that want to see the village but escape at night time from the noise. Variety of food, each facility is easy to access, all is well thought through.

Cons: It is hard to complain about anything in this hotel but if one thing can be improved is the food in the afternoon for the very little ones : there were sweets, mini pancakes, a bit more heavy food for the beach but nothing light like yoghurt, croissant, more fruits ot milk with oats for children like 2-3 years old. Afternoon snack for my little one was the only thing i would reccmmend to be improved

Pros: Clean; kind, helpful, considerate personnel; room with a nice view to the sea, pet friendly, safe parking, excellent food & drinks, nice and cozy beach area, pleasant stay for our family. We will come back.

Pros: This is perfect place, thanks a lot good guys who made good rest for us. They are the best🫶 Hotel and nature around is wonderful. Very hope back soon

Cons: Due to the war, we do not have access to flights and the journey to the hotel is very long, more than a day. The woman who manages the staff at the restaurant kept a close eye on us so that we didn't take two bananas and a sandwich with us for the road. This is unpleasant ... We planned to stay in the hotel all time, according to her, we needed had to go to the supermarket for buy groceries for back way and waste precious vacation time. We offered to pay extra for groceries, but she only threatened ... Maybe it is worth introducing such an option for tourists, extra payment with the ability to take food with you? But despite this, I give the highest score to this hotel and this is objective. Thanks a lot

Restful but disappointing

Pros: Great location, spacious rooms, perfect beach, beautiful water, decent common spaces. Competent staff, good facilities.

Cons: Bad food for their classification. I recommend giving up UAI if you have to choose, and improove the quality of meals and the menus. Too many sauces, too much minced meat. Not enough salads/fruit/greenery. Bad deserts, though that is a problem for many Bulgarian resorts. HORRIBLE WINE, despite the UAI. Bad soft drinks at the pool bar.

Pros: It was clean and many of the staff appointed for cleaning. Food was quite good.

Cons: It was a struggle with finding something to eat for our kid. They didn t serve a kids buffet with chicken nuggets, shnitzel and easy to eat food. There were a few days when we found chicken shnitzel.

Pros: Beach 10/10, view 10/10, room 9/10 We will come back for this.

Cons: Food 4/10 - very basic compared to other hotels in Bulgaria. We had an incident in the parking lot, a Bulgarian national damaged our windshield wipers and put a tyre on our car, because we removed it, as he put there to reserve a free parking spot. Reception does not offer any information about hotel, parking etc., you have to ask even for directions to the room when you check in.

Pros: The food was nice and varied. There is something for everyone. The room was spacious. Even though it was almost the end of the season, they weren't messing around. We loved it!

Cons: Every day I begged the maid to clean the floor and take out the trash by 1:30 p.m., because then the child would go to sleep. One day I even took the broom and mop and I cleaned. She was very lazy. He would put garbage bags at my door and not take the full ones, asking me not to leave them in the hallway. A big minus is that there are no mosquito nets, and the air conditioners blow right into the bed. There are mosquitoes, flies, moths, ants, even centipedes and everything gets into the room if the door is not closed. We got bitten a lot.

Pros: The hotel was on the beach with pools and sun beds. Great location, own beach and clean sea. The room was comfortable and clean. It was cleaned every day. Plenty of food and drinks at any times. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The hotel was far from the town, but it had own entertainments and bars.
