Eco complex Zdravets near Varna

Great quality place to stay just outside Varna city to avoid touristy nonsense.

Pros: Fantastic location, panoramic view from room balcony, well kept gardens, everything clean, awesome staff, great food, great value.

Pros: Everything was great, a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. And if you're looking for some unique entertainment, it's only 15 minutes to the city of Varna.

Perfect for a family holiday with children

Pros: Peace, nature, silence around the complex, sunsets, greenery. The rooms are spacious and cozy.

Cons: Breakfasts are the same every day, and there is not much choice. It could have been better

A great place to relax

Pros: Very nice view towards the plains if you stay in the hotel part of the complex. Two pools - internal and external. The internal one is pre-heated. The external one has a bar. Both pools are shallow, so don't attempt jumps, nor diving. Night atmosphere is great and there is a park with accommodations for the kids. I didn't saw if there is an all-inclusive option, but the restaurant is working all day, and you can sit and order anything on the menu. Everything is fresh and prepared on the spot. The prices are really acceptable, accounting that you don't have a kitchen in the room or didn't took an apartment with one. The staff is very friendly and polite, and they can even make some suggestions if you are not sure for something.

Quiet and nice weekend relax

Pros: The bed was comfortable, pools were nice. The room was clean. The surrounding area was really chill, nice and quiet. The food in the restaurant was good. Breakfast was also good. I really loved that there was a dog living in the complex. He was chill and really nice to the kids.

Cons: There were a lot of flies and bugs in the room. There’s a spacing under the door and you can hear clearly everything that’s going on in the hallway. So if you go to bed early that can be kind of an issue. The sun-beds around the pool are far from enough. If the complex is full I don’t know how it can be enough for everyone (including the ones in the spa area and around the inside pool). The breakfast was at 8-10am, we were there at 8:15. I don’t know if more is added for the late incoming guests but I think it was sparingly. The common areas were not that clean. All of the glasses were with bird poop, around the pools there were a lot of webs. There was also dust in the wardrobe above the hanging racks.

Pros: The setting was great a beautiful view and great space with a spa open till 8 pm with pools jacuzzi and saunas Our room was large and we'll maintained.we loved the place! I even felt the descriptions didn't do justice to the place as it was such a great surprise. It was a perfect last night before flying out.

Cons: The breakfast was mediocre and very minimal and no water served or any cold drinks only for extra cost, which is very strange We had dinner there as well, the service was nice , but the food was not great. Hamburgers, not the best...
