Hotel Gamartata

Nice clean rural type Hotel with pool , near beaches & Sozopol

Pros: We liked that it was a charming small clean hotel wrapped around a nice pool. Good value & breakfast was included The breakfast was good , filling ,fresh & the staff were very efficient ,helpful & friendly. The restaurant served a good menu in the evening with reasonable priced dishes I would say it’s a 20 minute slow walk or a 5 minute drive to lovely beaches. The rooms were large & spacious with a seating area & a nice balcony. There was one air conditioner, a kettle and refrigerator. The beds were comfortable & there’s cupboard and wardrobe space

Cons: The Wi Fi only works near or in reception. The thick glass hanging ceiling Light hangs too low & l kept hitting my head ( l am 5ft 10 / 180 cms tall) The Booking.Com description said there are two pools (there’s one big one with a “baby” pool attached ) lt also said it had a bath but there’s only a shower. If you come in Summer pack mosquito repellent for the dining area l had to drive to Lidl for that (2.8 miles away)

Pros: Small hotel hidden in green of trees and flowers with familiar atmosphere and very nice, helpful and friendly staff. Totaly different from shoddy noisy beach bars, big, crowded resorts and tacky, commercial, modern hotels, that (unfortunately!) have grown in surroundings. We recommend delicious traditional bulgarian cusine based on fresh vegetables from the garden, mussels (midi) collected from the sea by young guys from the staff. Clean swiming pool and beautiful, wild surroundings. We spent there only 4 days but it was a real relaxation, rest and in general the best time of holidays. I hope to come back there when traveling next time to Bulgaria and it would be the same.

Charming hosts, attentive, Gabi speaks English and is good fun! We really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Authentic and rustic place. Lots of choice for sitting inside or outside, lots of shade if you want it, lovely pool, fabulous flora and fauna, great views, peaceful - that's in May .

A really nice hotel

Pros: This is a really charming hotel, with a lot of flowers, not too big, where you feel at ease. The pool is great. There are beautiful beaches around (but it’s better to go there with a car because the road isn’t safe for people walking)

Cons: The breakfast should be improved (but the tomatoes are delicious)

Nice, peaceful place with perfect food (almost everything is homegrown). My favorite place already!

Pros: The place is perfect - nice staff, perfect food. I'll visit again, definitely!

Pros: good location, 3 minutes by car to the long beach, friendly hostess, excellent breakfast, large parking space and peaceful environment for rest

Cons: the shower is not practical because the whole bathroom is wet when you shower

Pros: The nature around the hotel was fabulous. We stayed at the top floor and the view was amazing. It was my second visit and I would go again. Rooms are clean, staff is nice and friendly. We had dinner and lunch as extra and everything was delicious. It would be better if you come with your car because it’s not that close to the center by walking. On the other hand, I recommend!

Pros: Хорошие чистые комнаты, есть парковка, хороший ресторан, приветливый персонал.

Cons: У отеля нет своего пляжа, и без машины я бы не рекомендовала это место.

Pros: Une ambiance très familiale et le personnel est aux petits soins. Nous sommes restés une nuit de plus. Le restaurant est fabuleux aussi !
