Great break, lovely staff and good location x

Pros: All round great place with lovely staff and good clean rooms!

Pros: We liked the room being very large and the air conditioning working and we could rest very well We liked the staff throughout the hotel, the animators very smiling, relaxed and friendly, congratulations!

Cons: I didn't really like the food and the bathroom having a bit of an unpleasant smell, maybe in the future they will benefit from some improvements!

Ok. With proper ideas, it can have a nice glow up

Pros: Position ok, very clean, nice and big rooms, big spaces. Nice food, free loungers and umbrellas on the beach

Cons: There is no Aquapark, as they said, only 2 very “poor”water slides. The pool was very crowded and small, we didn’t even go there. For a 5 stars hotel, there is unacceptable not to have a beach bar. The distance between the hotel and their beach zone is about 5-6 min walk, so is not convenient to go to the hotel every time to grab something to drink from the bar or snacks

Pros: Great location, nice staff, great animation team to make your stay and that of the kids fun. Food and drinks were available all through, from the restaurant to the snack bar to the lobby bar .

Cons: water at the pool was extremly cold

All good for my family, comfortable stay with delicious food. Extra activities during the day.

Pros: Everything was fine, food was delicious, drinks were local ones. No problems with the staff, we have used the stairs sometimes to go to the restaurant.

Cons: Pool it's crowded and maybe sometimes a little bit not so clean in the afternoon.

Pros: Property, Food and staff were super . Location and pool OK .

Cons: Pool area was a Bit too Dirty and a stell came from the sewer and the Drinks that were on the floor

Highly recommended will definitely be back again loved the hotel 🏨 🥰

Pros: We absolutely loved the hotel very busy .. always beds water slides where amazing kids loved them Breakfast was always loads to choose from Lunch & dinner was the same Snack bar was great ice cream was amazing The pool bar was great also All the staff work very hard Will definitely book this hotel again On our last night we got a invite to go to the 9th floor for dinner over looking sunny beach absolutely amazing 💞💞

Cons: I have being going to sunny beach for over 15 years now always wanted to stay here First time doing all inclusive It was great loads to choose from Also I had sent a few massages to the hotel asking for ground floor pool view room coz my husband isn’t look over his hip replacement They gave me 3rd floor pool view which was great I was very grateful for that ☺️

Pros: Great location, nice staff, great animation team to make your stay and that of the kids fun. Food and drinks were available all through, from the restaurant to the snack bar to the lobby bar etc. Everything I asked for was provided. Generally an amazing stay

Cons: Elevators could be better, you often have to wait and wait before the elevator arrives as the elevators are too small for such a big and populated hotel.

Overall we had a great holiday in the resort, with fine food, enough for everybody, drinks well done, animators very fri

Pros: Big room, good food, perfect for family with children. Clean. Every day the room was cleaned bubthe personnel. Very friendly and kind staff

Cons: The water in the pool was cold. Not very good for children. The elevators are not enough for the people checked in in the hotel, and also cery small.
