My 60th birthday celebration

Pros: The General manager and restaurant manager made ourstanding effort to make my special birthdaybwith 21 of my friends a lasting memory thank you sooo much

Cons: The food and beverage head manager was unhelpful and quiet rude and needs to understand the importance of customer feedback ,the GM Dan was exceptional as were the staff in the restaurant

Comfortable hotel with great food

Pros: Prime location on the beach and near the center, but far enough for a quiet sleep . Excellent food and variety in main restaurant, much better quality than what you will find in the restaurants in Sunny Beach. 4 big elevators are available, so you never have to wait. Many coffee machines in the restaurant, so again wait time in the morning is minimal. Water and beach towels provided. Rooms are spacious, and well planed. There is room for everything, luggage , shoes, etc. Bed, Bathroom and shower are huge and very comfortable. Rarely seen in hotels in our days.

Cons: Alcohol selection was limited but not a big problem. Cleaning service needs improvement. Beds are not really made, sheets are just folded quickly, floors are not cleaned daily. Japanese restaurant is not worth it. Chef needs to work on the sushi and main meal selection. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and I can only recommend it.

Ample food, which saves a guest about 500 BGN a week.

Pros: Everything about the property is good, even with a tree outside our sea view window.

Cons: It was actually off site from the property and that man’s horrible livery loud singing. In the Ox Box near the beach.

Stay for the pool, not for the restaurant.

Pros: Although they have a very small reception, their check-in and check-out process was very efficient. I liked that there were enough sun beds around the pool, it never seemed crowded - but it was early Sept, so end of season. The pool has a good size so some guests could just cool off and others could swim their laps.

Cons: I didn't like their very restrictive AlaCarte restaurant reservation \

Great place to stay

Pros: Great location, staff at reception were very helpful upon arrival, staff working in the restaurant were exceptional, the tables were always cleared immediately and kept spotless. Pool was warm and the pool side entertainment was fun and engaging. Room was comfortable with comfortable beds. Food was good and varied daily, drinks were also good. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Cons: Two things- house keeping is basically non existent, they do come thru each day but only do the bare minimum (empty trash). The beds are not made, body wash and toilet paper not replenished (we had to go to reception and pick up each day). Parking- upon arrival there is no where to park and unload bags, we pulled up further down the street and unloaded our bags. Retuned straight away to find the car wheel clamped. Apparently the parks on street are paid, no sighn in English to explain this and no parking meters, Apparently you have to call someone to pay for parking on street. This is not the hotels fault as we parked there but a place to pull up out front of hotel would have avoided this. Hopefully this helps someone else avoid a 45lv wheel clamp removal.

Pros: The location is perfect. Very close to the beach and the central street. Very good bartenders and service at the restaurant. Changing the towels every day wich was perfect. You may take water for the room for free from the reception

Cons: It could be more clean. It is allowed to keep a sunbed at the pool for a whole day with a towel from the reception. So if you go to the beach when coming to the pool no empty sunbeds for you. Someone should remove all this towels if not used. There are parasols with soft sunbeds but just 4 so if soneone takes it it is kept for a whole day and no way to be used by another guest. Should be with some kind of reservation for couple of hours and recomend to have more all be completley removed.

Pros: Locația superbă, foarte aproape de plajă, vederea de pe terasă minunată, cameră dublă spațioasă,patul confortabil . Mâncare bună, destul de diversificată, personalul din restaurant foarte atent la nevoile clienților. Piscinele frumoase, curate, păcat ca apa nu era încălzită. Barul de la piscină este foarte bun, băuturi diverse, personal extrem de eficient.Am apreciat ca ni s-au dat prosoape pentru piscină. Restaurantul asiatic, de asemenea cu mâncare bună, proaspătă, personal amabil.Parcare fără probleme.

Cons: Din păcate curățenia se face cu mătura, una din fete mătura și cealaltă venea cu mopul și fleșcăia rapid în urma ei. Au refuzat să facă curățenia în lipsa noastră de ,,frica “celor doi pomeranieni , două pufoșenii sociabile care împreună cântăresc 7 kg. Au schimbat rapid prosoapele și au plecat uitând să ia și gunoiul din baie. Când ne-am instalat în cameră am găsit niște fire de păr într-un sertar iar în baie, mobilierul chiuvetei era deteriorat și lăsat așa, nereparat. Deși hotelul acceptă animale de companie și pune la dispoziție boluri și pătuțuri pentru animale, noi nu am avut așa ceva. A fost dezamăgitor să vedem că accesul la SPA este contra cost ( pentru masaj am înțeles că trebuie să plătim) . Am fost surprinși să constatăm că hotelul nu are plajă proprie și ești obligat să plătești șezlongurile. La barul de noapte toate bune și frumoase, doar ca programul artistic nu a durat mai mult de 45-50 de minute. Pentru căței am plătit 300 de euro pentru 6 nopți, în condițiile în care în alte hoteluri am plătit maxim 10€ pentru un cățel și pe noapte

Pros: Mâncarea bună, personalul amabil, curățenie în fiecare zi Prosoape curate în fiecare zi, totul a fost perfect!

Pros: Recomand cu drag. Toate serviciile sunt de calitate și profesionalism. Tot personalul este foarte drăguț și sociabil. Camerele mari ,frumoase, confortabile. Mâncarea foarte buna și diversificata, peste la fiecare masa,fructe foarte diversificate, dulciuri diverse, fructe de mare. Hotelul îți oferă prosop de plaja,locuri la șezlongurile piscinelor suficiente. Animație la piscina oferite de Martin, Trayana și Iliana 3 oameni deosebiți care vorbesc engleza, germană cu care faci diferite activități cu zâmbetul pe buze. Totul la superlativ.
