Pros: The location is super ( a few min walk from the beach) The hotel building is relatively new, with big and clean rooms. The cleaning lady was very nice. The pool is big enough there are a lot of chairs, we always found space ( family of 5) There is a gym also The food was great and there were lots of varieties, fresh fruits and delicious cakes. Restaurants staff was very quick cleaning dishes from the table
Cons: Bar staff could be a bit more friendly and smiley

My favourite Sunny Beach hotel
Pros: The location is quiet late night but only 10 mins walk to the centre of the nightlife. I previously visited the hotel in 2022. It was good then and still is. One big improvement since my last visit is the lifeguard/ pool attendant. She is constantly walking around the pool keeping the pool area neat and tidy and very vigilant at what is happening in the pool. I can’t understand why there are negative comments about the food. Each day there is a choice of 2 or 3 fish dishes. 2 or 3 meat dishes. Vegetables. Potatoes. Chips, Pasta. Several salad dishes. Several fruits and a good choice of cakes.
Cons: The air con in my room (209) wasn’t very efficient. It cooled the room but took a long time. Maybe it’s due a service.

Nice stay but have backup plan for combination of rough sea and fully-booked hotel
Pros: Although we were not in the main building, room was super clean with comfy beds. Pool in the yard is a great backup plan in case you cannot swim in the sea but area can become overcrowded when hotel is fully booked. Hotel animation and live music were provided each day. Other benefits of all-inclusive were cocktails, donuts, hot-dogs and ice-cream. Beach is 10-min-walk from the hotel. There are shops and bars in the immediate vicinity.
Cons: Wifi signal was very weak, almost non-existent. Eating was a real challenge every time: fight for your food. If you arrived late, you could miss desserts. It's all you can eat: people packed the plates and even their bags. Hotel has a private parking which can be entered from the other street, you get directions from hotel staff upon check-in. If you are lucky, you will get a spot, but it cannot be booked in advance and you have to pay 15BGN per day. They tend to over-allocate these spots, so if you have a larger car, it will be hard to fit in. Cars not registered with the room, no stickers on them: so you may be unlucky to leave the parking if your way is blocked. No designated area for smokers outside, so you will be a passive smoker. Single-use plastic cups are used at soft-drink station.

Nice place to stay with family
Pros: The size of the apartment room. The fast response to get us things for the baby. My 4 years old daughter loved the kids disco at 8pm.
Cons: The kids club is not properly taken care, which is a pity. It was dirty and some toys were broken. There are signs not to put towels on swimming pool chairs, nor take food to the room, people do not respect it and there is no action from the employees.

Pros: The hotel has a beautiful architecture, is very clean and it is close to the sea (250 m). Nice staff, room got cleaned and vacumed daily, the carpet in the floor was a big plus for the aspect of the room. We stayed in the new wing, everything was new 😊 wi-fi was medium, but ok. The pool was great for both adults and children, sunny all day so the water was warm. The food and drinks were medium quality, but still diverse so you could eat enough at every meal. A good quality -price ratio, we will come back in the future

Pros: Fajny pobyt. Bylismy 4 noce we wrzesniu. Wszystko gralo jak nalezy. Jedzenie ok, bar ok, do plazy blisko, czyste pokoje, nie ma co wydziwiac
