Imperial Palace Hotel

Pros: We had a really good stay at this hotel. Our room was modern, clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. Located on the seventh floor, offering a lovely view of the beach. The wide sandy beach was perfect for our children, who enjoyed it very much. The staff was professional and courteous. We would like to commend Diana and Petya for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Pros: The hotel itself is nice, with a good variety of food, free drinks, and snacks available between meals—though it’s almost impossible to feel hungry. It’s a family-friendly place, offering some entertainment for kids and a disco in the evening. They’re also quite relaxed about check-out—we had to empty our rooms for cleaning, but were still able to spend a couple of hours by the pool afterward. Overall, it was a fine stay, especially considering the price we paid—fair and quite good.

Cons: What I didn’t like was the type of guests the hotel attracts—probably due to its all-inclusive and affordable nature. The building is large, but the swimming pool is quite small for the number of guests it serves. People reserve pool loungers by leaving towels on them very early in the morning, despite clear hotel rules against this. The hotel doesn’t seem to enforce these rules at all—we arrived at the pool at 8 AM, and it was already full of towels, with no people in sight. As for the seaside area, you should know that access isn’t free—you have to pay for sunbeds there. Only the area directly around the hotel is free to use. There are safety deposit boxes, but they all require a key, which you apparently need to pay for and collect at reception. The hotel can feel very crowded and occasionally a bit chaotic. That said, all the employees—many from Central Asia—were amazing: patient, hardworking, and doing their best to provide great service despite the challenges.

Cons: my first room was without window and without balcony. but after my appeal to the maganer ,i have got very good room with balcony.

I am generally satisfied with my stay at the hotel, especially with the good attitude of the staff.

Pros: The entire hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean. I am very satisfied.

Cons: The only inconvenience was that there was a ramp for strollers only through the restaurant. When it was closed between meals, I had to walk around the entire hotel to get to the beach or lift the stroller up the stairs.

Pros: All was good. Manager of reception and hotel manager is really kind.

Cons: Food was disappointed untasted last few days same lunch and dinner.
