5th time in this hotel and looking forward for the next vacation

Pros: This is my 5th time in this hotel and looking forward for the next vacation in the same hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect - a wide, sandy, beautiful beach is in front of the hotel. A big advantage is that umbrellas and sunbed are included. The food was more than lavish.- variety of dishes for every taste. The stuff is very friendly and willing to help at any time with everything. They keep very high standards which makes your vacation delightful

Overall, my stay was enjoyable and relaxing.

Pros: I really liked the location, as it was very close to the beach, and the hotel was very clean and beautifully maintained.

Cons: However, a downside is that you have to pay for parking.

Decent for the money

Pros: Pool was fine, nice view, proximity to the beach is a plus.

Cons: The food wasn’t amazing, drinks weren’t great also. Another thing that i think needs improvements are the elevators, pretty small for a baby carriage. The smell in the lobby was also pretty bad.

I really recommend the hotel, pool and beach sunbeds, drinks included, umbrellas.

Pros: I liked their attention to customers the most, they offered us an extra bed for our child without charging us extra. They were attentive to us, cleaning every day. Drinks inside, drinks at pool, late breakfast (fries, waffles, burgers and hot dogs).

Cons: I can’t say that I didn’t like it, but there was a bit of a minus to the food. There was variety, but it’s not a food for the picky. And also the parking, which you have to pay 25 leva per day…

Fabulous Stay !

Pros: Almost perfect, with really good food, room, and amenities. The staff was friendly!

Cons: The air conditioning was not working in our room.

Good Hotel and service

Pros: Amazing Hotel, the service was good, location in front of the beach is amazing with a magnificient sea view, the food was good, I appreciated my experience in this Hotel and I highly recommend it. 10/10

Good location, good services

Pros: The hotel is located right on the beach - which is definitely an huge plus, especially when traveling with small children and/or people with a bit of mobility issues (as in our case). The staff is always smiling politely and eager to help, when asked. The restaurant had a good variety of dishes, for each meal. We were a bit concerned about this, since we were traveling to Sunny Beach in late September, towards the end of the official '23 season. The bar is also OK. Overall, a good family-friendly hotel and a great value for the cost. We would definitely come back to Hotel Bellevue!

Cons: The cleanliness could be improved: we booked 4 rooms, but had issues with one of them. Mainly, the bathroom looked like it wasn't really cleaned before our arrival (the toilet lid was dusty, and there was a really strong urine smell in the whole bathroom). We reported this to the Reception, and in the end, someone came and cleaned the bathroom again. The other 3 rooms were OK from the start. Weak WiFi signal.

Pros: Specials thanks to the ladies at the reception who were very kind and demonstrated high professionalism.

For the amount of money paid it is fair,we feel very comfortable and we enjoy

Pros: Cleaning every single day,nice view and very nice staff,food it was ok ,swimming pool and the bar outside is also nice,The beach is just 100m from hotel that’s it was good for us because we have a baby and it was very comfortable for us to walk to the beach every day.Thanks Belleuvue!

Cons: Some time the elevator for the guest it take to much time to arrive.if you are with the baby is necessary to waiting.Car park is a bit small.

Pros: the property was very clean the food was amazing and the staff were really friendly will definitely go back for another short stay
