Pros: We really liked our statement at Family Hotel Gold Pearl. The staff was very kind and helpfull. They cleaned our room everyday. The location was perfect - two min away from the beach. We really liked that they have collaboration whit Imperial Palace and all of our meals were there. We paid for one hotel, but we used two and that made our holliday more enjoyable.

Pros: Our statement at Family Hotel Gold Pearl was more than perfect. The staff was so nice and kind, they helped us every time when we needed something. They cleand our room every day and changed our towels. The food at Imperial Palace was so good. We really enjoyed our holiday!

Perfect vacation

Pros: We loved our stay at Family Hotel Gold Pearl! Perfect location very close to the beach, small and quiet hotel without so much noise like other big hotels. Very clean, they cleaned our room every day it was perfect. Staff is very good!

Pros: Good location for the price, nice pool area(the bar should be functional)

Cons: We arrived as first guests for the season and the room floor was not 100% clean but after 3 days the cleaning stuff came.

Pros: Nice location near the beach! Clean and quiet! Nothing to complain about!

Cons: The food in the Imperial Palace was not what I was expected!The cutlery not clean,the plates dirty,waiting time in front of the door to go and eat was anoying.The pork meat from the grill was really row ,the cakes finished very fast and have no taste , pizza dough not cooked.Realy an adventure to get an ice cream. Disappointed 😞

Pros: The location is excellent, very close to the beach, but also quiet and private, away from the chaos at Imperial Hotel where the food was served ;) The staff is very friendly and we enjoyed the pool and sunbeds in the garden. The food was of a large variety, with plenty of dishes to choose from. The drinks were ok, not too bad but not very good either. Overall it’s great value for the money. *As a note the parking is 25 leva per day.

Pros: The accommodation was nice, in a quiet place and also very clean. The receptionist was very nice, thank you!

Cons: The food in all insclusive program was secured at the large Imperial Palace hotel which is next to Gold Pearl. The first day everything was ok, but the following days they refused to let us have dinner in the big main restaurant and sent us to some small room where there was very little food. We complained to our hotel but no one solved the problem. I have to say this really ruined our vacation.
