Varna Rooftop adventure.

Pros: Very friendly and welcoming front of house staff. Efficient. Good cleaning squad. Very kind welcome bottle of bubbly and xmas card.

Cons: Drains were giving off bad smell. Possible plumbing issue.

Lovely hotel in Varna, clean, modern, comfortable

Pros: The room was very modern and spotless. The bathroom was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff facilitated a very late check in when our travel plans were delayed and we were not able to reach the hotel until later that night, for which we were very grateful.

Pros: Reception very helpful when we had specific requests. Great location for train station, old town and short walk to beaches. Nice place for breakfast across the street.

Cons: Didn't get the hang of tea and coffee making being in the lobby. Room was very nice, but no other spaces in the hotel to relax in, as to be expected from a boutique hotel.

Very comfortable and fully functional rooms. Excellent customer care.

Pros: Good communications from the hotel, including what to do in case I arrived after the reception had closed. And the young woman on reception duty during my stay could not have been more helpful and friendly. Nice and comfortable room, really good bathroom, too. Very handy to reach from the station.

Cons: A small niggle, and hard to see what could be done - there was so little room between the end of the bed and the wall, which had a tv on it, so it was hard to get past the bed. Change the orientation of the bed?

Perfect and reasonably priced

Pros: 18 minute walk from the beach 18 minute walk from the town centre very clean and the room felt luxurious. Staff were very helpful also.

Cons: We received coffee in our room only on the first night and not on the second this was a very small issue though which was remedied by the free coffee at the reception which was very nice
