Pros: My stay was fantastic. Everything was excellent. Very nice room. I got a great upgrade and I will definitely come back.

Cons: The room was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was also very nice and all the people i dealt with from the front office and the other staff were friendly and helpful.

Great stay in a perfect location

Pros: We had an amazing stay. Staff is very friendly, incredible hospitality. We were upgraded to a fantastic room. We were off season, and I had gym and sauna just for me. I am staying in different hotels all the time for work, and am a little careful with non-chain hotels, but Modus was really amazing. A little issue with air conditioner was resolved immediately. Everything was more than perfect!

Excellent value and location

Pros: Great location, 3 minutes walk to the sea and many restaurants. Staff were very nice. Free bikes for the sea garden. Gym and sauna. Breakfast was excellent. Tremendous value in winter season. Parking in garage limited, but another secure lot next door. An excellent stay!

Cons: Carpets in the rooms could be upgraded. Request a quiet room on back of building as street in front can be quite busy and loud at times if you are a light sleeper.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing — friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. A big highlight for me was the large bathroom with a bathtub — it felt like a small luxury after a long day and was simply perfect for relaxing. It’s also great that the hotel offers parking, which made the stay even more stress-free. Everything was well thought out, from the cleanliness to the overall atmosphere — cozy, calm, and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my time here, would happily stay again, and can definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service.

perfect!

Pros: I felt very comfortable at the accommodation. The staff was extremely courteous and the service was excellent. The location, the room and the transport connections were all great. Since I had to leave before breakfast started, I was offered to pack some food, which I really appreciated. What also stood out in particular was that there were plenty of pillows in the room and you could even choose your preferred pillow configuration on a card. The evening room service then took care of it accordingly. The beds were also very comfortable in my opinion. All in all, it was a very good experience, and the value for money is absolutely excellent.

Pros: The location is great, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the room was ok, the little touch with the lamp in the room is very nice, in order not to be completely dark when you switch off the lights. I liked this very much.

Cons: The room, quite small and the bed is very low and too soft for my taste. But everything else was very nice and looked great.

Outstanding hotel experience

Pros: Me and my husband had truly wonderful stay at Modus hotel! Comfort of the room was exceptional, cozy and well-designed. Cleanliness deserves special praise, daily cleaning, absolutely spotless. The staff are what really make Modus hotel special. Every single person was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely smiling all the time. They were always ready to help with anything, making us feel welcome and truly cared for throughout our stay. Hotel also provides great location in city center. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone and would absolutely love to stay here again. A big thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience!

Amazing!!!!

Pros: The staff are kind and polite, the hotel is very centrally located, close to the pedestrian street and the port of Varna. Breakfast is accurate, not too big but has everything you need. They upgraded us to a large suite and it was a great pleasure. The rooms are very clean and the view is spectacular. Our return flight was early in the morning, they brought us a sandwich, a bottle of water and a banana for the trip, which was very nice. Highly recommend the hotel

Cons: No complaints at all. My partner would have been happy if a few items could have been added to breakfast. I think it would be nice to have a hot water bottle refillable in the rooms during the winter in a great hotel!!!
