Pros: I liked the location and the overall design of the rooms. It was comfortable and clean.

Cons: The front door lock was horrible. There was not a single time to manage to enter the key pass from the first time. The door was always slamming, also during the night. One of our rooms was right next to the entrance and we could hear the slamming which disturbed my kids' sleep

Pros: Very clean and had everything we needed. Loved how simple the checkin and checkout process was. The location was also perfect, this is probably the best part about this place! We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Varna!

Pros: Great location, easy access with codes to rooms and property, so there was no need to watch out for keys all the time. Clean, comfortable and had everything needed in it.

Pros: Clear check in instructions, very easy, with a smart lock and a code. Location was excellent, in the heart of the city centre. Very clean and contemporary design.

Cons: We had room no 14, which had a separate entrance. Not really a huge problem, but the door opened straight outside, onto a busy pedestrian street, it would have been nice if it had a little entrance porch or something for a bit more privacy.

Comfortable, close to the see and the center of Varna.

Pros: The location is good, in the center of Varna and just a few steps away from the Sea Garden. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are big and cosy. The smart lock's are easy to handle. There is no staff on site, but comunication via chat was possible. They respond fast and are helpful.

Cons: The locaton is very noisy and the window have to be kept closed all the time. Also the facility needs better ventilation because the air inside smells and feels moldy. Keep in mind that all near parking options are paid and some of them are very expensive.
