Pros: Perfect location in the heart of the city. The room on the 4th floor is very cozy and quiet, with a beautiful view. The staff are pleasant and allowed us to check in an hour early

Pros: ery pleasant experience! The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to get around. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist. Everything was clean and well cared for. I would happily return.

Great hotel in the centre of Varna, close to the beach and restaurants.

Pros: Love the location of this hotel. Very close to the busy pedestrian zone which takes you directly to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and other food options in the immediate vicinity. The room was amazing, spacious, and clean with all everything we needed, as well as a lovely, very large, terrace/balcony.

Cons: Unfortunately even though we paid for a room with a spa bath, the bath leaked all over the bathroom floor when we attempted to fill it. So we couldn't use it at all. (we notified the hotel as soon as we found out). Also the television wasn't tuned in to the channels so we couldn't watch it. (we didn't notify the hotel as it wasn't really a problem for us, just a small inconvenience).

Good for one night stay

Pros: Hotel located close to town beach and marina, lots of pubs and restaurants nearby.

Cons: Housekeeping was noisy since 6am on the hallway, street noise and smells are bad if you sleep with the windows open.

Pros: The employees are amazing and very polite. They help me a lot and even prepared a breakfast before the hour since I had the flight very earlier in the morning. I really enjoy the location and the hotel. I really recommend it.

Pros: Staff were very friendly, always willing to help. Location is perfect, right on the corner of the main street but still quiet, so you could sleep on open windows.
