Hotel Bulgaria

Pros: They even called me to tell me that i forgot my toothbrush in the bathroom after checkout

Pros: We absolutely loved this hotel. It is modern and new, with very spacious rooms and an extremely comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent — truly outstanding. The spa access was included in the room rate, which was a wonderful bonus. We enjoyed absolutely everything and would gladly stay here again.

Cons: The only minor issue was that although parking is listed as available on Booking.com, it is not clearly stated that it costs €15 per night. It would be helpful to make this information more transparent.

Comfortable and luxurious

Pros: As often as I was staying in Hotel Bulgaria the staff were always extremely supportive, friendly and sometime proposing something which was helpful although I was not asking directly for such kind of solution.

Cons: During the breakfast the staff there are much to fast to clean the table, just went to the pretty good buffet and when I turned to the table, the table was was completely empty and cleaned.

Pros: The apartment was spacious with wonderful view, modern and comfortable. Cleaning was done every day. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The termal zone and the swimming pool were great. The water in the swimming pool was warn and pleasant. The facilities were clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. We will definitly come again.

Christmas market stay

Pros: Room was large and very comfy with a large bed which was very comfortable Coffee machine was an added bonus Shower was very large and had a really big mirror plus a magnifying mirror which was great Staff were all friendly and helpful breakfast was very good and there was loads of options The evening meal we had was also excellent The hotel is very close to the bus station in the center of Burgas and close to everything we will definitely return

Cons: Pillows we're a little too flat and the water from the shower could of been a bit more powerful

Pros: It was my 4th time in Bulgaria, but this stay was special. The hotel staff was friendly and ready to help any time any of my colleagues and me asked them for assistance. The interior is new, location of the hotel is really comfort for any walkings and shopping. Everything went smoothly.

Excellent place to stay, with everything in one place

Pros: Excellent hotel. The staff is nice, the food is great, both the buffet breakfast and the restaurant. Everything is clean. The location is amazing and was perfect for my trip purpose (I was there for the marathon, and the start location was right outside). I really enjoyed the pool and the sauna, and so did my family. I have visited before and will definitely come back.

Cons: Only small things: the three elevators aren’t enough during peak hours like breakfast time because the building is tall and they have low capacity; the parking is rather tight (but I don’t think this can be fixed). Overall, very minor things.
