Perfect hotel and great staff!

Pros: I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels all across Bulgaria. This was by far the best one!! Perfect location, lovely comfortable room, super friendly and helpful staff. I actually extended my stay! At last a hotel in Bulgaria that’s of an international standard!

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! Maybe the only issue is limited parking which could be an issue in high season.

Perfect location, exquisite rooms, and amazing staff.

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything from the location and cleanliness to the breakfast was top-notch. You can really tell they use high-quality materials throughout the property. The room was absolutely exquisite! A special thanks for being so accommodating; even though we arrived well before the check-in time, our room was already prepared and they let us in. If I ever visit Burgas again, I will definitely stay here. Highly recommended!

Cons: My only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer! It was hard to leave such a comfortable room.

Perfect

Pros: Beautiful, clean hotel, centrally located. Staff were lovely and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Overall a fantastic stay away.

Cons: Could do with heating intrusions, as our room was extremely hot. But would rather that then cold, so not a major negative.

Lovely boutique hotel

Pros: Beautifully renovated building situated in a perfect and so quiet place, with sea views. The rooms are nice, very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and polite.

Pros: Room was spacious and it was cleaned every single day. Very nice amenities in the bathroom and the counter. Didn't need to leave the key card to keep power on.

Cons: The breakfast was kind of not worth the price and after eating there twice I'd rather get food somewhere else. There were some nights where the drunk people outside made a ruckus.
