Pros: larger rooms, nice location with place to park car. Great breakfast. Pools and spa

Cons: style of furniture looks little bit outdated.

Cons: That hotel and spa reception don’t communicate good. From hotel they said its fine to use spa even after we check out the room and there are changing rooms there to leave our stuff. When we got to spa reception they said we can’t and its very misleading.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms and great food at the restaurant. Top location.

First class hotel with great service in lovely location by the sea.

Pros: First class hotel with friendly, multilingual, helpful staff. Lovely outdoor pool, comfortable spacious room with fantastic sea and coastal views. Very nice spa with lovely aromatic sauna. Close to area with shops, bars and restaurants. Nice short walk to sea and reserved beds and umbrellas for the hotel.

Cons: Spa salt room and Hamman niot working. Spa reception could be better. Our room did not have a kettle - we do enjoy a late cup of tea before bed.

This hotel is a gem

Pros: The choice at breakfast was very good. The reception and other staff we encountered were all helpful

Cons: Maybe some yoghurt with frozen berries at breakfast but it's a minor thing

Great value for money

Pros: The pool is great. the room was really big. The breakfast was nice, but they can cook the eggs (scrambled or fried) better and definitely they need a 3rd coffee machine.

Cons: The elevators are slow :) They should be modernized and should be faster.

Pros: Excellent sea side resort hotel, not cheap but great location close to central Burgas and own private beach, breakfast was very good.

Cons: I recently stayed at the Primoretz Hotel, and while the experience was pleasant overall, I found that the room was not well-adapted to modern technology needs. One of the main issues was the lack of sufficient electrical sockets. For example, on my side of the bed, there was only one socket, which was used for the night lamp. This meant I had to unplug the lamp in order to charge my phone, leaving the room even darker than it already was. The lighting itself was limited—just a few lamps: two bedside lamps, one desk lamp, and another in the living area. There was a central light in the corridor, but it had a warm, dim glow that didn’t provide enough illumination, especially since the room’s furniture and overall design leaned toward a darker ambiance. Having to unplug a lamp just to charge a phone made the room feel even less well-lit and convenient. Another challenge was the placement of mirrors and sockets. The desk area, for example, didn’t have a mirror, and the mirror in the corridor was in a poorly lit area. This made tasks like styling hair or doing makeup more difficult. Even the bathroom, which had decent lighting and a mirror, lacked a conveniently placed socket for personal devices like a hair dryer or straightener. In the end, while the hotel offered a comfortable stay, the lack of electrical outlets and thoughtful lighting design made it less convenient for a modern, tech-savvy traveler.

Excellent stay as always

Pros: Spacious and clean rooms, spa and wellness, grest beach snd swimming pool, friendly and helpful staff

Cons: Everything was good, nothing to complain

Pros: Excellent location, next to a huge park. Lively pool area and reserved beach area too. The staff was super friendly! Very chill vibes, perfect for vacation. Really good frape at the bar.

Cons: Room a little bit too dark, maybe a couple more lamps would help.
