A luxurious excellent place that will remain in my memory

Pros: Everything was perfect. Superb quality comfortable rooms, bathrooms and beds. Wonderful high quality restaurant attached to the hotel

Cons: As a motorcycle traveler I prefer to have a garage or covered place to leave the bike. This is not available. There is street parking right outside managed by the hotel and video surveillance. But of course it rained and the bike got soaked

A relaxing delightful stay.

Pros: Location was incredible - I walked and scootered everywhere I needed to go. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was ok. However the lunch & dinner menu from the restaurant was exceptional.

Incredible hotel in the centre of Burgas

Pros: The best hotel in Bulgaria and my personal favourite, our fourth time visiting Villa Promenade and it’s consistently a great experience. The rooms feel brand new - clean, model and like they were built the day before. The staff are friendly and helpful. Such a great experience and a 2 min walk to the beach and less than 5-10 to the centre.

Cons: Hard to say as they are generous with lots of nice extras in the fridge (wine, coffee and chocolates). My only complaint was the TV volume was low and that’s me trying to find fault.

A brilliant stay in a hotel that has everything you could want and more!

Pros: Elegant, beautiful building, tastefully furnished. Staff are friendly and attentive. Lots of space in apartment and use of a private sauna. Beachfront location idyllic.
