Pros: Fantastic location very close to a lovely sandy beach, great facilities, clean room of a good size, friendly staff and fantastic owner. Acceptable breakfast included and cheap lunch available. Clean pool of good size and a large yard only for the hotel.
Cons: The pillows were too high to be comfortable and the AC was quite loud, both internal and external units.

Excelent staying
Pros: Excellent value for money, big rooms, nice staff, good breakfast. We stayed for 3 days and it was all that we needed. As there was misunderstanding with the reservation, we've got small apartment instead of one room in the same price. Rooms are quite big and clean, there is a small balcony where you can have the coffee in the morning or enjoy the late evenings. We've had view to the inner courtyard, bit noisy sometimes but not to disturb us. There are several small minimarkets/shops just around the corner opened 11 pm+ which may be useful if you need to buy something. The nearest beach is within 5-7 minutes walking distance, clean nice beach, 10 leva/seat+ 10 leva / umbrella.
Cons: Some facts which were not necessary bad but may be helpful for others: The staff does not speak English so it was a bit harder to communicate nevertheless they are kind and nice so we've managed it in the end. The parking is bit small but we had free parking in the street which was not a problem. The property does not have a restaurant but you can have lunch by request. Dinner not possible at the property but there are plenty of good restaurants near by. Either TV was not working, either we didn't figure out how to use it, but it was not a problem for us.

Pros: We are very happy with the place all together - it was clean and smelled nice, the room was spacious, the outdoor space is pleasant and maintained with thought and care 😊 The staff is helpful and friendly, we really liked the atmosphere in this regard - there were people constantly working like busy bees, ensuring everything to be in order, yet, they were positive and polite! ❤️

Perfect choice for vacation
Pros: Breakfast was of a four star hotel - very tasty and diversified. Location is very good, a few minutes to the Central Beach and main street in Obzor. The owner is very efficient and helpful. It was our third time in Obzor and this was the best choice. Highly recommended for an excellent stay :)

Pros: Местоположението, базата и закуската бяха чудесни.
Cons: Персоналът в ресторанта не говореше български и понякога беше трудно да се разберем. Но пък всички бяха любезни и отзивчиви!

Pros: Комфорт і простора водночас, а також компактність готелю. Привітний персонал та власник. Смачна кухня, гарний басейн, комфортний номер. Зручне розміщення - недалеко від центру, але і не в центрі подій,що дало можливість відпочити. Поруч і море, і гори)
Cons: Не було таких моментів. Якщо будемо знову в Обзорі, то залюбки повернулись би в цей самий готель.

Pros: Персонала, местоположението, храната, обслужването, чистотата.
Cons: Възглавниците не бяха от най-удобните. Анимацията от близък хотел беше със силни децибели и въпреки че съобразяваха часовете за отдих, беше твърде силна и дори на моменти дразнеща.

Приятна и спокойна почивка
Pros: Богата и разнообразна закуска. Отлично местоположение в близост до плажа. Чист и спокоен хотел.
