Pros: I like most... everything! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, staff amability, spa center )didn't try the indoor pool, next time), park view, beach walking. Spa center is a must-try for everyone

Pros: Location and all the facilities. The beach was close to the hotel, the food and the fact that you had options to eat all day, which is great especially when you have kids :)

Pros: Everything was good at this hotel. Food can be improved just a bit, so it is just a small room for improvement. Staff is very polite and nice. Pools are ok. Beach is nearby.

Cons: maybe more variety of food from day to day, but this is a plus, not a bad ideea.

Cons: Too many sunbeds on the beach, 3/4 of them free but giving a crowded plastic forest feeling. Unlike rhe rest of the complex. The food is still much better than other options, but it has declined since my last visit. Mediterranean restaurant is just awful, italian one much better.

Pros: Excellent service, facilities, cleanliness, food & bar offer. Very suitable for family vacations especially with children / babies.

Cons: A Map of the facilities would be useful to navigate through this nice resort :)

Perfect Easter Holiday at Reina del Mar

Pros: We came to Reina del Mar for the fifth time, this time for the Easter holiday, and once again everything was great. The rooms are very clean, towels are changed every day, and the minibar is refilled daily. The food is excellent – tasty, with lots of variety and good quality. We liked that the drinks are bottled, not from dispensers, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Our kid had so much fun at the shows and activities – they were really well organized. We truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, similar to what you'd find in Turkey, but closer, here in Bulgaria. For us, it's the best option on the Bulgarian seaside and we’ll definitely come back again!

Excellent!

Pros: We spent two nights at here just before the season started, and the experience was excellent! The staff was incredibly attentive, and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. All the services were top-notch, from accommodation to food and the overall hospitality. We would definitely return even during the peak season!

A relaxing getaway with great food, excellent service, and a peaceful atmosphere – perfect for an off-season escape.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at HVD Reina Del Mar. The weather was perfect for late September, and the hotel wasn’t crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. The food quality exceeded the typical all-inclusive standard, with a great selection of both bottled soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. The spa was relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful.

Cons: The only minor issue we had was with the coffee. Although it was Lavazza, the taste was a bit off. We also felt that the spa might get a little too crowded during peak season.
