Family Hotel Novel City

I was in Burgas for work and my time in this hotel was wonderful.

Pros: Everything was excellent 👌. Staff was very friendly and professional. Next time if I come I will be visiting again. Thank you

A nice, clean, well-kept and cheap hotel

Pros: Clean, comfy and nice. The lobby was also nice and although breakfast was not included, the lobby had a counter with coffee, tea (different types) and water. Friendly staff.

Cons: It’s quite far from the center and parking is not part of the property. However, you can park in the neighbourhood for free.

Pros: Great value for money. The staff were friendly and the room was really clean! Despite the location there was really easy access to public transport.

Cons: A minor inconvenience was that we requested a pillow change since the one we had was uncomfortable but didn't end up getting a new one and also there were no mosquito nets.

Pros: If you are a tourist, the staff knows little English. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos. The hotel is nice, it s quiet near the building, there is also parking spots across the hotel. There is no restaurant, or food, just a market near by. So food options are little if it s late, and you don t have a car. The rooms are clean, the hotel is clean. Small. Great for short trips (for the weekend). over all good price-benefits report.

Cons: parking sports are on grovel. there is no asphalt. there is no non stop store near by, like 20 minute or so of walking. they don t understand any language except Bulgarian. make communication a bit difficult. it s quite. and you can t stay late in the small back space they have because there is the risk you disturb other guests (which is fair, so for family travelling it s great)

Great, I recommend especially for a shorter stay

Pros: Extremely polite, friendly and professional staff! The location surroundings aren't the best (if you don't have a car) but it's close to the city center and the hotel makes up for it - they offer coffee and drinks at the lobby. The parking was convenient.

Cons: Mosquito nets would elevate the experience (there are drapes but they don't keep all the bugs out)

Great value for money

Pros: Modern hotel in good condition. Spacious room. Spacious bathroom - for me it was the first one in Bulgaria that had shower and toilet separated from each other. 10 minutes from center by car.

Pros: Modern hotel, with all the necessary. Close to the bus stop. Friendly staff, trying to understand you in any possible language.

Cons: As for me, I missed only a fan to dry my hair, but I didn't ask the staff for it, so maybe it's also available.
