Pros: The hotel was clean and the staff are very friendly. The food was very delicious and various. The hotel is placed close to the beach.

Cons: At the private beach the sunbeds are placed overcrowded.

Great value for money

Pros: 1 min to the beach. Food was tasty and of a great variety. There were lots of sunbeds and umbrellas so there was no need to rush in the morning in order to get place. Staff was friendly.

Cons: The juices from the bars and the cocktails made with them were just awful. Not drinkable.

Pros: There is no need for spending extra money. Lots of sunbeds, lots of children which can play together, beach is 3-4 mins walking.

Amazing resort

Pros: Location is amazing with great views to the sea, max 5 min from room to stepping in the sea. Huge pool and separate pool with slides. Very clean everywhere: lobby, restaurant, pool. Daily room cleaning. Big clean rooms and coffee available for early rises like us. Great staff, very friendly always with a smile. Amazing entertaiment team that goes above and beyond to create a great enviroment: games at the pool, on the beach and at footbal field, parties in the evening.

Cons: Dissapointed by the food selection because even though the resort is rated 4 stars the restaurant is only 3 stars. I did not see that info on the booking presentation or even on their web site.

Overall was nice and we enjoyed as a family with a small child.

Pros: It was very close to the beach, the pool was nice, good food, nice hotel overall.

Cons: The wifi did not work. You had to keep reconnecting and ask for passwords a few times a day. Although the food was great, for a small toddler it was hard to find something without sauces or more simple for them. The music at the stages was way too loud, especially for the kids.

Great summer escape

Pros: The food was incredible-high variety of fresh dishes for all tastes. The location is splendid: quiet, right on the beautiful, wide beach. The pool was also nice and the trampolins were a great activity for kids. The room was spacious and clean. The personal was nice and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel for an escape!

Cons: The parking lot had a lot of ants and the elevators were outnumbered by the people using it. But these were minor things. The good parts were much more important.

Pros: The hotel’s location is very good—literally on the beach, which is amazing. The staff is mostly Asian, and most of them are extremely friendly and always smiling. The food is tasty and varied. Overall, the hotel offers quite a lot for its price.

Cons: The major downside is that the sunbeds and umbrellas are not on the beach but behind a fence, except for a few umbrellas without sunbeds that are placed directly on the beach—the photos of the umbrellas and sunbeds do not reflect the current reality. If I had known this, I might not have booked. The children’s playground is in serious need of renovation. It would also be nice if there were some trees on the hotel grounds.

Pros: The rooms are spacious, with large bathrooms and all necessary amenities. There’s coffee and a free minibar stocked with water, juice, and beer. Towels are changed daily and the rooms are well-maintained. The hotel is located right on the beachfront, just outside of Obzor, so the beach is literally a few steps away. There is a large free parking area with more than enough spaces. The pool is large, and the sun loungers around the pool and on the beach are free. The pool area and the pool itself are excellent.

Cons: There’s no evening entertainment in May – it seems to be available only during the peak season. If the weather is bad, the lobby bar gets crowded quickly and there’s often nowhere to sit. More signage is needed to help guests find their way around the property. The restaurant is spacious and offers variety, but the food lacks flavor. The coffee in the restaurant is very poor – only the one at the lobby bar is acceptable. Reception service is slow. Hygiene in the restaurant needs improvement – the glasses are often not properly washed. Overall, the hotel has potential – with better food and coffee, it could be an excellent choice.

Pros: Everything was good. I want to thank to Petar that helped us with all the questions, and helped us whith all we needed. Food was really good, plenty of tables and big terrace where you can eat outside , it wasn t crowded, did not miss anything. The pool was clean and the hotel has a sandy large beach. Rooms where clean and spacious. Every day we received towels and room was cleaned.
